The food here is absolutely incredible. I enjoy eating at vegan mexican joints around the world and this is one of tastiest placed i've enjoyed. Be aware they make everything fresh so be patient waiting for the food, as it does take some time. You wont be disappointed by the taste at all. I got the birria tacos and taco platter and every bite was a treat. I will be returning here very often to indulge in this deliciousness.

From the moment you walk into Andaluz Vegan Restaurant, the ambience and music let you know exactly where you are a true Mexican vegan spot with real character.
I ordered the street fajita tacos with mushroom and chorizo and wow… wow… wow. The flavor was far beyond my expectations. As a vegan, you don’t always find meals with this much robust flavor, but this place absolutely delivers.
There aren’t many meals where every bite hits like that, but Andaluz nailed it.
Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a fantastic experience at this vegan Mexican spot! The queso birria tacos were absolutely incredible—crispy on the outside, packed with rich, savory flavor, and perfectly balanced with melty vegan cheese. Dipping them into the flavorful consommé took them to the next level. The flautas were just as impressive—golden, crunchy, and filled with a delicious, well-seasoned potatoes. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and made with care. Whether you’re vegan or not, this place proves you don’t have to miss out on bold, authentic Mexican flavors. Can’t wait to come back!

Drove for 30mins for them to say the wait is 1hour on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (basically the full weekend), Appreciate if it’s updated online !
And they barely have 8 tables with 4 available for seating.

I've had the food from Doordash before so I know its good. However, we came to eat today in person for lunch. Sat down at 12. At 2pm, we gave up and left. All we were given was our appetizer at 1:30 and we were still waiting on food. Just beware of super long wait times. No one came to check on us or apologize for wait or give us any indication of how much longer it would be. Won't be coming back when there are other vegan restaurants in town.

Not vegan but wanted to try it out. I had the green enchiladas tortillas were a bit hard, however I did like the jackfruit. I got an elote it was also a bit hard but good. Taco was good it was crunchy. Overall I liked the service lady explained the menu & she was very friendly.

This was so delicious! I got the gorditas and tried their vegan carnitas and chicharrón and they were so well done and seasoned. I will definitely be coming back.
I’m not vegan, but have friends that are. Came here with and I can say that I was shocked how good the food is and has the traditional Mexican flavours. I got the sopes plater and everything was delicious.

Authentic Mexican vegan food! I’m from Houston but moved to Austin and every time I come to Houston, I try and visit this spot! The BEST vegan Mexican food!! The staff is always so kind and friendly! I’ve been following them since they were a pop-up and I’m so happy they have a storefront! 10/10! Even non-vegans love this place!
