The food was very bland. The chicken and was lacking seasoning. The rice tasted very plain and I think it was overpriced, not too satisfied with this place, probably will never come back.

I had the coconut shrimp curry and it was so much more delicious than I was expecting!! So good I had to write a review!
The place looks super clean and cozy, and the cashier was really nice. The menu had me excited — lots of tasty-looking options. I ordered the lomo saltado, and while it looked amazing, the meat was unfortunately pretty dry and lacking flavor. There were way more fries than meat, and the portion of meat itself left a lot to be desired. The rice, though, was the real winner — soaked up all the juice and tasted great. Then again, if I wanted rice, I could make that at home and save the money.
What threw me off was the extra charge for sauces. Kinda feels like penny pinching when you don’t even get one with your meal, especially when the meat could’ve really used it.
Overall, not a bad spot and I’d give it another shot, but for now it’s a solid 3 stars.

The food was Ok, but just be ready to eat children’s portions with prices from a gourmet restaurant, and also check your receipts because they will charge you differently from what is on their menu. It was our first and last time honestly. 👎🏻

I would come here again as the steak and fries bowl is good and even better with that chimichurru sauce on top. This was my 1st time at The POST..

The stir fry beef was yummy!! It was a bit over salted, but the meat and seasonings were great!

Located in a very big food court called The Post. I was surprised by the flavors and the pork dish was tender. Definitely worth a try is you are looking for Latin food.

White corn was unpleasantly sour and spoiled, rendering it inedible, though other dishes were acceptable. The cashier’s curt demeanor made it feel as though serving customers was an inconvenience. Hope they fix these issues!

Got the rotisserie chicken meal with rice. The chicken had excellent flavor and so did the salad it came. However the rice was ok but whatever they cook the rice in made it pretty salty hopefully they can fix. I would come back to this restaurant!

I went here to experience some tasty South American cuisine, but my wife and I were disappointed. We ordered Sausage and Potato Cake (Llapingachos), which is a traditional Ecuadorian dish of potato patties stuffed with cheese. What we were served was a sad version of it, with hardly any trace of cheese in the potato patty. The plate had just one small potato patty, four small pieces of sausage, and two fried eggs, as you can see in the photo of the plate before we ate. Costing $15, the value of this serving was underwhelming.

The food was underwhelming and the staff were SO rude. This location is next to about 20 other options that are actually worth the money.
If you visit The Post Houston, please don't miss this food place.
The word Andees is exciting and shows how deeply its meaning relates to the Chef's struggle and hard work. Let me introduce you to Mr David, who is extremely humble and makes efforts to show respect to his clients. Of course, his cooking says it all.
The Andes are the continuous mountain range that starts in Alaska, passes through California, and then descends into the sea to South Venezuela.
You must try every dish at this restaurant, and if you like seafood, you will love it even more.
We highly recommend this cute, delicious cafe inside The Post in Houston.
Actually, we went back and tried a few new things. Again, service was very personal and out of this world. A very sweet lady helped us at the counter; her smile was magical. It was my birthday dinner so it was awesome.
Thank you. David, you are an awesome chef and very hard-working person.
Delicious. I had to choose my food quickly, from all the places in The Post and, with no disrespect to the other places, I'm glad I grabbed my meal from Andes.
I got the chicken dish with the salad and fries (and some herb-based dipping sauce) and it was absolutely delicious.
I took it to go, but I waited at the venue for them to prepare it and it was a cute little place with good music.
Slow to serve.. almost an hour to wait for food to come out.
I always get the Lomo Salado from here, it is so so good! 10/10!! The food is always plated beautifully! The owners and employees are always so friendly, plus the place to dine in is a vibe with the music :)
