Updated- I was able to try the “new” Andiron recently. The menu is a bit different. Gone are the expensive Wagyu meats and some new items have been added. Fortunately, the space kept its classic elegance and much of the same great staff remains. The martinis are still the best. I wouldn’t say the place is much less expensive but there are more options at a fair price for the quality and service. I had the market fish with a green pea hummus and curry sauce. The Caesar...
The value for the money is just not right. And the lighting inside is not ideal - pictures from the dining room make it feel like a living room atmosphere rather than upscale steakhouse. The food was good but not perfect in terms of flavor. Had the tuna appetizer, house salad and strip steak with beet salad. The beet salad is just few beets and not a “salad”. The house salad was the best dish here… shouldn’t be the case in a steakhouse.

Great date night spot! Loved their take on the mussels and both of our steaks were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive and recommended the mushrooms which were amazing! Excited to go back with friends soon.
