Had a 9pm appointment called and they said we could get in 4 hrs early got in at 5 followed instructions from entry gate moved tandems back got on scale filled pickup info on kiosk received text to go to dock follow instructions on text started loading with in 10 minutes

Been coming here for about 8 years for pickups. Everyone else has already given good advice. I will add that the Kiosk is a game changer for pickups. I arrived 8 hrs earlier and was loaded within 1 hr. After I was loaded, I parked on the street in front of the Kroger's distribution center a mile away for my 10 hr break. 👌🏾

Delivered 9/25/25 - Absolutely horrible experience! Checked in 10:15am, 2.5hrs wait then door gets assigned and now it's 2:00pm and I am still not unloaded. Called check in staff as to why it's taking so long to unload and this is the answer given - they only unload you once product is ready to be put on pallets I hauled in this load. So they are keeping me all day here as their storage. Lost a full day due to this delay. Stay away from this place. I will never bring another load to this place!

Each trucker takes at least 10 minutes fiddling with the Kiosk at the gate. You weigh your empty at the gate scale, then you drop your empty. Then you weigh your bobtail truck on the way out while waiting forever for your turn. Then, you get back in line again to get back inside to grab your loaded trailer. This place takes over an hour simply to drop your empty abd pick up a preloaded. No joke. Never coming back

Slide tandom to the rear before getting on the scale.Enter all info on the screen. Go open doors for inspection. Go park wait for door #in text. Go to door. My door had a trailer in it. Wait for them to remove trailer.After backing chak wheels remove red air line. After loaded strap load to their specified direction in sheet provided. After strapped pull forward and set tadoms to be weighed out. Good luck it's 80000

This place absolutely sucks for drivers you will be here for 4+ hours don't come with less than half tanks they are going to load you as much as possible. Everybody is on there phone so they procrastinate on loading you
