Slow loading times 3 to 5 hrs for nothing
This company operates backwards and that’s just the truth.
Slide tandom to the rear before getting on the scale.Enter all info on the screen. Go open doors for inspection. Go park wait for door #in text. Go to door. My door had a trailer in it. Wait for them to remove trailer. After backing chak wheels remove red air line. After loaded strap load to their specified direction in sheet provided. After strapped pull forward and set tadoms to be weighed out. Good luck it's 80000
Come with a full tank fuel otherwise they’re gonna steal your fuel. Space
This place absolutely sucks for drivers you will be here for 4+ hours don't come with less than half tanks they are going to load you as much as possible. Everybody is on there phone so they procrastinate on loading you
Process is quick but it tooks me over 3 hours to get loaded. No overnight Parking but there is few truck stops near by.
the process is quite long but not overly complicated. slide tandems to the rear before getting on scale, get on scale, check in at the kiosk, wait in staging area for a text message, go to door mentioned in text message. once you're backed in, chock your wheel and someone will come over to lock your glad hand. when you're loaded, go out to the outbound scales and check out at kiosk. go to the window at the scale house, guard will check your trailer and put the seal on. they'll print out bol and you'll be good to go. loads are maximum weight but distributed well. it's also beer so you have to secure the load yourself with your own two straps or load bars. if you're overweight, a gate will open that lets you turn around and go back to the scale. loading took about an hour and a half to two hours.
Amazingly very well organize now with the very easy self check in system. You can show up an hour early for appointment may be more but you will have to wait at the staging area. They will send you a message with dock number and another one once they are done loading you or unloading you. No overnight parking
The overnight crew is slow getting you out of there, but other than that it's OK.
Had a delivery at 10am arrived at 8:30am out at 12 noon

Don't trust their scales. They won't take an overweight load back without authorization. They say once you cross their scales and agree to the weight posted, you can't take it back.
I weighed out, a little heavy on the drives but I thought I'd balanced out after sliding my tandems. Something kept telling me to pull into a truck stop to weigh again.... something still didn't feel right.
As suspected, I weighed again at the TA in Baytown. CAT scale weight was 180 over on my drive axles. Just to be DOUBLE sure, I reweighed at the Loves just up the street in Baytown....THAT scale weighed me in at 460 over on my drives.
Either way, I had to take the load back.... only to run into the garbage of "you take it, you keep it."
I'm NOT running a load worry of a violation. They can kiss my rosy red Apache ass.
Only they allow before appointment time
But they take 3 hours to loads
Fast loading no appointment time set was called right away. Staff helpful and courteous.
The first time I load in this place, check-in time at 10:40 am and check-out time at 2:10, the guards are very friendly, you practically don't exchange a word with her, the procedure is to weigh the empty trailer and open the doors , you have to turn off the truck and check in through computers, it is not difficult since it gives you the option of Spanish, the steps you do on the screens, it is the truck number, it asks you if you bring 2 bands or two cats, pick up, if the trailer is empty, your name, trailer number, destination and phone number, after that you go to the window and the guard gives you the instructions in Spanish, and in the same way they send them to you by message text to the cell phone, then you leave the scale and turn to the right and you have to park somewhere to wait for the mule driver to tell you which door, after they assign you a door, you move the axles backwards and disconnect the red hose now They put a lock on it, when they finish unloading they send you a text message to let you know that they are done and you have to wait for the mule driver to free you, then you have to arrange the axles and secure the merchandise with the two bands, and you head towards the exit, in the same way there is a screen on the side of the truck and you have to enter your truck number, it asks you if the destination is correct and at the end a rating for the process, if everything goes well with the weight you go to window and you sign a copy and they give you your copies and the guard puts the seal and you can leave, I hope I can help
This place is crazy horrible takes forever to get loaded takes almost just as long to get out the gate and u better hope it scales correctly the first time... otherwise it takes twice as long as normal to get out... no traffic control... I have always hated coming here and still do
