This spot has been here for a very long time. That alone is a testament to their product. That being said. I felt the burgers were good, a little on the dry side for me. My 12 year old loves the place though. He likes all the vintage stuff on the wall, and he (most importantly) loved the burger.

The only unfortunate part was when we went there I think the AC was out and it was HOT. I don't like going to eat somewhere and sweating. BUT, I believe the issue...
Annie's has been around for a million years. Known for her bacon. The menu has never changed, only the prices.
Starting off the morning with biscuits and gravy or a hamburger with onion rings with a brownie in the afternoon. And the lemonade is fresh squeezed.
Located where Meyerland turns hood is Annie’s. Apparently this bad boy has been open for a long time and based on the shopping center it’s in, you can tell lol. Parking is understood? There isn’t any striping so your guess is as good as mine.

Walk in and it reeked of cash only but that wasn’t the case lol. I noticed you can do some breakfast combos and they cook all the shit right in front of you. Then again Benihana is pigeon food so buyer beware.
