I purchased the stuffed fried plantain. My idea was from a previous dish I saw that this would be a smashed plantain with a filling, however, that was not the case. The sliced fried plantain was topped with ground beef and cabbage in some sort of sweet tomato sauce. Although the plantain was delicious the rest of the dish had a combination of a sweet and salty taste. I personally would not buy it again but I would definitely try something different.
The food is good and at a reasonable price but the lady taking the orders looks like everything bothers her. It costs nothing to be nice to say hello or thank you, remember that your clients have business or a check if you are an employee.
I highly recommend this food truck because I buy food here and it's delicious.I recommend this taco truck because the food is very delicious and I buy my food here. Very delicious. ??
