I came in late night about 11 PM on a Thursday and I just tried to say that the service that I received here was wonderful. I won’t lie. I completely underestimated them, but I was pleasantly surprised. All my food was hot and fresh and delicious. Ryan was a great server and I recommend anyone else that comes in to ask for him.

I’m not one to usually put bad reviews but the food was mediocre at best. The server (and I hate to make assumptions) was definitely either intoxicated or under the influence of a substance. She was slurring her words and disoriented even when trying to grab the menus after we ordered. Never coming back…

From the time we pulled into the parking lot at 11:08 2 workers were standing outside on the side of the building, one of the employees look to be a manager or shift leader wearing a hat (black gloves) and a lot of keys . The place smelled so loudly of a cleaner call fabuloso. The guy wearing the black gloves walked around with gloves on the whole time serving food and taking receipts to the register to pay for meals . My steak was over cooked (very tough)and the sweet tea was not sweet . The ceiling had black stains on the speakers and the lights had a lot of dust on them . Not a very good experience. I won't be returning.
The bartender Artie was good. The greeter who seated me was a bit grumpy.

Music was blasting. The pasta was bland and dry and I had to pay $2.99 for extra sauce and it was still dry so I had to pay more money for another scoop of sauce just so my pasta wouldn’t be dry but the the pasta sauce was just bland. I was very disappointed and wasted my money at Applebees. Beware!!! The advertisement on TV was so much more than the experience.
