What I’m not okay with is that I do in there, after having a long day cutting grass. I showered lol but I arrive. It’s not busy at all.I had to seat myself, then sat a a table for 30 minutes no help no service at all. I don’t know who promoted Emilio to manager but he is too unprofessional to be in that position. Anyway the ladies in the booth next to me can clearly see I haven’t been helped AT ALL! Finally the manager comes by takes my order and then walks off I call him to continue my order and he still walking off. I ask for the guy in the blue. He comes back on his personal phone and fans me off “ma’am your food is coming” UM “Sir” that’s not what I need from you. And he continues to walk away. I say there for a total of 30 minutes at LEAST! At that point I just got up and left. EMILLIO YOU’RE A GARBAGE MANAGER.And his excuse was we’re trying to close out a big tab. Soooo it took all the waitress’s to walk past me 3 times each for yall to handle 1 Tab? It just screams incompetence. NEVER GOING TO THIS GHETTO OPERATED APPLEBEES AGAIN.

The alcohol is cheapFor a reason. There’s no alcohol in their mixed drinks. And their beer is flat. Also. Food quality isn’t that great.
We were there at this location on a Sunday and my husband was really looking forward to eating at Applebee's from a great experience in North Carolina (Applebee's). So he was looking forward to a great experience as repeat. We traveled about 45 min. to sit for at least 10 min to take our drink order (even that took awhile) once we decided, it took quite awhile to receive our meal and once we did my husband steak wasn't done ,had to send back but my salmon had a odd taste, not good but not too bad (it didn't make me sick). There was probably about maybe 8- 10 guests in the restaurant, what it appears was management and the cooks were preparing and delivered our meals . We were not the only table getting bad service . We could not blame the service on our waiter, he just apologized for delays and poorly prepared food. Honestly we are done with Applebee's in Texas.

The fried cheese bites with dipping sauce were amazing.
It's cold in here bring a jacket. We had to reremind our waitress several times about our drinks. The ice was melted in our alcohols before it ever made it to our table.

Waited 15 minutes just to pick up my order. When I receive my order in my order was missing items had to go back in to get the items. They had a new person working the pick up area, she did not know what she was doing. She may the experience extremely difficult. I would recommend anyone to just go and dine in or ask for a $5 alcoholic drink to soothe your soul and wait.

The food and atmosphere were great. Our host was great as well. We will be returning. Ordered a 2/25 burgers meals with Buffalo wings appetizer, 2/35 salmon plate, and a chicken strip plate. My husband ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne plate with strawberry lemonade smoothie.

we ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp and we got the wrong plate not only that but it came with HAIR as a garnish.SO, we told the manager about the hair and the wrong plate they took it back. They gave the SAME plate to the couple sitting behind us. They complained about the hair and also got it sent back.Basically have to beg for service for drink refills and other basic needs.

I ordered to go the entire order was incorrect chicken instead of stead on both orders. Manager insisted I return the incorrect food back before he would return the money to my credit cardI wasted 50 miles of gas for the restaurants mistake
