Good service. Our waitress was really nice. Food was ok. Not the best but definitely worth the price.

The music was too loud and my burger was not that great. There was a Roach on the seat of my table disgusting, applebees needs to step it up or just shut down

The food wasn't good my steak was overcooked and my wife's food didn't taste good to her, the first time we went her food was good mine was not and the service was good, this time nothing was good. Not going back.

My server was the best we had a group of 10 and she did amazing didn't forget nothing at all she got our drinks and meal correct didn't have to ask her for anything she did the best

Freezing cold as heating not working so had 2 small portable heaters. Server Cassandra a delight but steak average and chicken tenders overcooked!

Bait and Switch Coupon. On my last visit my receipt came with a survey and a $10 off of $40 on next visit. No restrictions or stipulations were listed anywhere on the front or back of the receipt. On today's visit, we ordered well over $40 dollars of food. Our waiter brings our receipt, we give him our coupon for the $10 off, he returns and did not take it off. He goes to his manager, who tells him we can not use it because we ordered from their 2 for $xx menu. As I said, there is NOTHING on the original recipt, front or back, that states there are rules, stipulations, or restrictions. So I guess you need to be a manager in order to know the rules. Our apologies to the waiter who's manager stiffed him on his $10 tip. No plans to return anytime soon. This place has never fully recovered since covid....

Pulled up in the drive to pick up the waitress didn't even come out to bring my food waited 20 minutes and then when I walked in she said she forgot about me

The silver where was dirty, and the cups were all dirty, there was a bug in my drink. Had to get my drink 2 times and it was still dirty and gross.

Kid-friendliness: Everytime we go on Wednesday and Saturday nights there is a kid friendly atmosphere, mostly because this place never seems to be very crowded

Food was good, customer service definitely a no. They are super rude and take for ever because they’re too busy chitchatting with themselves

Ok! First off this is my first time leaving a review but I just couldn't keep to myself. We walked in and was seated everything seemed fine but my husband couldn't get comfortable on his side of the booth we were sitting in so he was trying to fix it where the seat his butt was sitting wasn't sliding forward. So he is trying to fix the seats moves and is not attached to the booth and he see 2 big rat traps. ? while the inside wasn't clean and our silverware was dirty and had food stuck on them. Had to ask for more.
I would have just stayed home and cooked if I knew I was going to spend 75 something bucks to eat somewhere like this. I will not go back to this location again. Come Applebee's this location can so some much butter

I went to this place only for Delivery, I was served very quickly, as soon as I entered the door they asked me what I wanted, in 10 seconds they brought my order, my most sincere congratulations.
