We waited for 30min we saw a rat/mouse go under a booth. We looked for it and could not find it the place can use some TLC it looks dirty. I will not be returning. The food was over priced not so good. The waitress looked tired and unwilling to serve us. I asked for a drink she never brought it she forgot it hopefully she gets some rest idk I hate to rate service bad but it was pretty uncomfortable. Only reason why we stayed was because it was the only restaurant open at 10pm we were hungry. But it really made me lose my appetite. I will not be returning here due to the fact that we know we saw a rat in the restaurant. Please clean up more and get new employees or at least ones who want to attend to customers.

Was waiting at the table for 15 mins no one came to ask if we wanted a drink or took our orders had workers standing around talking so we got up and left bad customer service

No greeter, no one at the bar, prime time lunch hour and waited five minutes before just leaving.
This was a TERRIBLE experience. The server had poor hygiene. The wait time was horrendous. My party waited about an hour for appetizers. By the time the food came, it was COLD AND WARM. Most people even sent their food back. 0/10 don't recommend. Especially not if you're hungry.

We arrived and got seated at our table. And nobody came. 3 servers were walking around, 2 were sitting at a table talking. Not worried about anyone. We waited a few more min as we were already there for 15 min. Nobody came to take our drink order or even came to the table at ALL. They lost our money and we went next door to Shoguns. Be better!!!!
