Evening team is extremely rude. Sat in curbside for 15 mins before being acknowledged. Called around 6pm to ask Evening management had anyone turned in a wallet. Got told to call back in 2 hrs. Drove 45 mins to show face to ask. Won't be stopping at that location ever again

Walked in and waited to be seated, but no host ever came. Sat at the bar and was ignored by the bartender for several minutes; when I finally asked for a menu, he walked away and never returned. The bar area also smelled unpleasant and felt dirty and dingy. I left without ordering and won’t be back.

This whole review is only to complain about my waitress only (I eish I remembertheir name so I could name drop). The restaurant was the least crowded I could ever imagine for a friday night. No wait at the door but it took our waitress 20 min just to come and ask us about drinks, and another 20 minutes for an appetizer. If I had smaller bills I would have dropped 15 bucks on the table and left. Now the good part after an hour of wating for the food we ordered 20 minutes into our stay I ask for the bill to pay and leave with no entrees and our food is magically done. I was so ready to get out of there at this time that I paid for it all and left with everything in to go boxes. Im not one to make a fuss outloud but having to pay for cold food that took an hour to get is a wonderful experience.

Say in the bar area to watch the Texans game. Pleasant atmosphere with little noise. My wife and I enjoyed a good dinner with our 4yr old and we're able to have a conversation with each other without yelling, while watching the game.

Our food came out cold. We asked for our dessert to be taken back and remade because the ice cream was melted and the cake was cold. We were told there was a “language barrier” with the cooks. When they brought the dessert back out the ice cream was completely melted and the cake still cold. They didn’t bother removing the dessert from our bill even though we didn’t eat it. It also appeared that they turned away everyone coming in the front door due to laziness because the restaurant was empty. Poor food quality and service.

I wasn't able to order what I wanted bc for some unknown reason, you could only order fried food. We ordered a burgers, medium rare and both received burnt meat. The meal was jusr OK. Then I was charged a little over 2x what I should have been & was told I had to talk with the manager who was the bartender for a correction. He was really confused on how to handle the situation. I suggested he just void or refund the transaction and he can then charge it again for correct $ or I'll could just pay in cash, since he didn't know how to do a partial refund. He said ok but then it became evident he didn't know how to do that either. He ended up writing the info down on y recipt & told me he will make sure i get refunded that night. Its been 2 weeks and still no credit to my account. Ive card and left messages eith no call back. As for the atmosphere, it was dead. One man / customer at the bar and that's it. Yet the TV was on loud which was very annoying. Honestly, we were anxious to leave. I dont think all Applebee's are like this though. We usually go to the one in sugar land with no issues.

Saturday after Christmas,lunch. service only in the bar area. I am the caretaker for my father, mother and my special needs sister. When greeted after wait at the door, asking for a table ( which we were told the other area was closed, while we could see customers seated and eating. ) we were seated at a booth... 10 minutes later we're moved to a table in the closed area. The manager served us .
They were low or out of several menu items. The spinach and artichoke dip had no artichokes or cheese and could have been spinach soup. The only reason we'll return to this location is due to my sister's special request, as we did at this time. She visits every Noel season, going out to a restaurant is a special treat for for that part of my heart. Our entire family was sadly disappointed, again, with how parochial others can be.

Good service, although food could have a better taste. Not bad for the price, since there’s a special 2 entrees and 1 appetizer for $25.

Waited at least 5 minutes at hostess stand, was not acknowledged by anyone that worked there. Do better. I worked restaurant industry for 15 years. A simple smile and hello, I'll be right there, goes a long way. You lost my business forever.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in decades so thought we'd give it a try. The service is really slow so far so I'm writing this review. Haven't gotten the food yet. Stay tuned.

When we waked in, the hostess didn't know if they were open or not, almost an hour after posted opening time. Chairs were still stacked on the tables.
The waitresses didn't seem all that interested in serving us. One took my wife's water glass to refill it, then forgot to bring it back. After placing our order, we noticed people around us getting their food, and we were the first to arrive by a good 15 minutes. Eventually one of the waitresses came to tell us that the manager had to go get a sauce for the chicken parmesan fettuccine. Instead of waiting even longer, my wife decided to have what I had ordered, the grilled cheese hamburger. Bad move. Both meals were bland, and not very hot. All in all, not an experience we are likely to repeat. Too many other places to go!

Horrible, my server was John, for one-he didn't delete nonalcoholic beer from the list and I caught it.
Second- it was dos XX on sale on Friday ( 4 dollars a bottle ) I found out that he charged me the whole price only when I got home.
Nonalchoholic beer is gone ( for already 2 weeks in a row ) beer machine is broken, my steak was previously frozen and over cooked, I can keep going on that .
In short- you cant compete even with McDonalds on this particular location- tables are dirty, waiters dont pay attention to you but you still expect at least 18% tip . just so you know ( and that applies to your all management ) you dont even have people in this location anymore because people figured out that your service and food on the level of Third wo....Developing country . Thank you.
It was last time I ever (!) used Applebee's restaurant in my life, I was your client for 15 years , now you have destroyed all good things which I have felt towards you.
