This place have really change.The food is not good anymore or i just don’t like cheap taste rushed food either or.. I wasn’t happy with this place..

Horrible, my server was John, for one-he didn't delete nonalcoholic beer from the list and I caught it.
Second- it was dos XX on sale on Friday ( 4 dollars a bottle ) I found out that he charged me the whole price only when I got home.

Nonalchoholic beer is gone ( for already 2 weeks in a row ) beer machine is broken, my steak was previously frozen and over cooked, I can keep going on that .

In short- you cant compete even with McDonalds on this particular location- tables are dirty, waiters dont pay attention to you but you still expect at least 18% tip . just so you know ( and that applies to your all management ) you dont even have people in this location anymore because people figured out that your service and food on the level of Third wo....Developing country . Thank you.

It was last time I ever (!) used Applebee's restaurant in my life, I was your client for 15 years , now you have destroyed all good things which I have felt towards you.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here this evening. Our server, John, was very attentive and friendly. Our food was very good, and our drinks were always filled.

We waited 25 minutes only to get served cold food. The manager was aware of the food being sent out cold but still sent it out. Our waitress Isabelle was good but seemed maybe she needed a little more training.

Terrible food, my fries didn't taste fresh, also they were soggy and dripping oil, my drink came with a hair in it and the service was really slow 👎👎👎

Drove all the way here to pick up a $21.99 entree that they left out of our delivery order and I cannot even explain what kind of establishment we walked into. Waited by the host area for a few minutes and not one single staff member acknowledged us. They were there walking around alright, but each of them made eye contact, GLARED, and just kept walking. Maybe they don't like customers coming through their doors...don't really know. Finally had one very awkward person come up and directed us to go to this weird space in the back by the kitchen entrance to wait for our item. Waited around some more and got our item but no apology whatsoever for the situation.

It was just a really unsettling and uncomfortable experience that's never happened before in a restaurant. I had the chance to observe the few diners that they had and everyone was just eerily...quiet. Very strange and not the normal hustle and bustle that's typically found in a normal restaurant on a weekend. Never been to an Applebee's, tried it once, but I promise that this mistake will never happen again.

Food was soggy and hot, clear signs that they microwave the food. The food also did not come as we asked. The service was mediocre with the waitress taking long when asked for assistance. Would not recommend this place. Chilis easily wins. Don’t go here trying to save money because you’ll see why it’s empty.

When I arrived, the manager was busy chatting with the greeter and the person who seats guests, completely ignoring my presence for a good two minutes. After their conversation ended, the manager walked away without so much as an apology for the wait. Once finally seated, it took another six minutes before our waitress came over, which felt unusually slow. Overall, the service was sluggish from start to finish, making the entire dining experience frustrating and far from smooth.

I don't like to give bad reviews of the places I go to, but this location has terrible customer service. I waited an hour for them to take my order, and I didn't wait any longer. I got up and left. This has never happened to me at any restaurant.

It was empty when we walked in, but man oh man, glad we went in. The food was amazing, the staff were on point. Great job guys!!
