Fast service

Went there last night for dinner. I would rate 0 stars or even lower if there was an option for their service. Slowest service there can be since restaurant industry began. I'm still waiting on those chips my kids and I ordered, after reminding the waitress 4 times.

The place was only half occupied and they were super backed up on their orders in the kitchen that they had to announce all customers to be patient. Once we got our food, it was cold, tasteless and seemed stale.

The person at the front desk was our first sign to turn away which we failed to notice. Secondly the waitress that took 20mins to take our drink and food order, by that time I was already searching for other restaurants around me. Every waiter there seemed to work at their own pace not respecting customer's time.

I would never walk away without tipping however poor service and quality of food they may have, but this place is an exception. I would drive past this place in a heartbeat next time. Neither they deserve my business nor they care. Save your dollars for other deserving place.

We barley got any attention from our waiter the customer service was horrible the management was just as bad the food took forever to come a waiter came to our table and picked up my to go cup and took my top off then lied and said he didn't it was just a horrible experience I see why they didn't have any customers

I haven't been here in a few years but couldn't pass up the deals they have going on. My brother treated me last night, I got promoted as a the head volunteer over at MD Anderson Children's Hospital. When we got there the hostess automatically sat us at the bar without asking us. While waiting for about 20min, no one came to take out orders. I had to walk up to the bar and ask who was our waiter. Thats when they realized they forgot us. We ordered the combo sampler plate with extra wings. By the time our food came we dug in. The waitress never came by to ask for refills or to check on us about the food. The chips were stale, the mozarella sticks were slightly frozen in the middle. The wings were completely raw inside. This was the worst experience. Again I had to walk up to the bar to ask for a manager which never showed up. By the time a manager appeared he seemed irritated and agitated. He was slurring as if he was drinking or on medications. Again I wouldn't recommend anyone to enter the Katy location restaurant . I also took photos of the wings, and today I woke up vomiting 🤢 🤕 🤮

I love the food, triple dipper is the best appetizer 😍 the experience was amazing

I had trouble getting gift card PINs, but the staff were very patient.

First offy sister saw 2 bugs on the table! Gross! The service was soooo slow but the people that came after us got their food right after us even though we ordered a while ago. When my food finally came out it was soooo cold!!! There was barely any one in the restaurant! Will not return

This food was hot and ready. I didn’t have to wait for it.

Hadn't been to Applebee's in years. But the food was awesome and very tasty

I stopped by April 27th, looking for a spot to refuel! I came in very dehydrated, and lethargic. Alyssa took care of me right away! Cold drinks with lemon, and a Lime Chicken dinner definitely hit the spot! Place was clean, cold and surprisingly not full! Alyssa is
an amazing server! I will definitely be back!

The food was okay the only good thing about it was that it came out hot. The service was terrible, I’m not sure if our waiter was new or what but we were waiting over 2 hours in a VERY empty restaurant for food,drinks, bill and to go boxes. On top of the fact that our service was bad, we saw roaches :) there were dead ones on the ground and crawling around but unfortunately for us we didn’t realize it until we finished our meals.

Always have a good time. Food is excellent never had any problems. Manager is a really cool guy and very friendly
