Today, Concha was not fresh. Dry and hard. I bake myself so I think can tell fresh bread. I was there a couple days ago. Got multiple concha. One was dry and other 2 were soft. So I am 100% sure todays concha was old one. I would appreciate you sell old one with reduced cost for some, but if I am paying for original price, I would not want to get old bread. One time of bad experience can win or lose customers in food industry. I think Aranda’s has superior taste, but freshness makes me go to El Bolillo

Quality has gone down. Not sure what happened. The cookies are too soft. Polvorones aren’t supposed to be chewy. Empanadas are mainly bread. We drive over 85 miles one way. We have found a new bakery, instead.

Out of town customer here! I love that you get a huge tray to fill with all the delicious looking goodies! Everything was made with real sugar and I’m used processed sweets, so to me everything needed more sugar. However my uncle that lives local says it was the best baked goods he’s had in a long time!

Very yummy breads and sweets. They also have a lot of cakes to choose from. They’re so pretty! I’ve never been to one of these so I have no comparison. My only complaint is half of the labels written for the treats were erased, so I had no idea what they even were.
