I brought my wheelchair bound husband to this place for some pastries.
We spent over 20 dollars for pastries with no filling.
Empanadas with no filling.
Other stuff with no filling.
Nothing is labeled. It's a guessing game.
Sooooo disappointed 😞
Never again!!!

The bread taste good, my only issue is for a Mexican bakery the bolillos are one of the main products people purchase, at this location the bolillos are really bad, the taste is no good and also the shape of the bread is terrible, you guys need to train whoever is in charge of making the bolillos again, next time I wouldn’t mind driving extra 10 mins and get my bread at the bolillo bakery.

Restrooms have been out for a Few months close to an year. Asked the lady when it will be resolved and she replied with not sure!!! I didn't believe her response but the owner needs to get it up and running for the customers.

Cake quality & taste great but the customer service lacks from the moment you walk in to make a order for a cake they don’t have a system you stand there until they decide to attend you. I have ordered 2 recent cakes in the past 2 months and they can’t accommodate a box to fit the cake, which the whole point of ordering a cake from a establishment is to be able to have a box to transport in the vehicle without damaging.
We love the bread and cakes but they lack better customer services.

Definitely not worth 140, we gave them an idea and was told they would be whipped flowers but looks like they didn’t even try, get a cake from somewhere else

I love this store but they need labels to know what’s inside some of the bread

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews, but this was a bit too much. I went to Arandas Bakery and was overcharged for just 6 pieces of sweet bread. The bread was hard and didn’t taste fresh at all. There were no prices displayed, so I had no idea what I was going to be charged. I even asked for a receipt, and the prices didn’t match what I was told at the counter. It’s frustrating to pay more than expected for poor quality and unclear pricing. Definitely disappointed and won’t be returning.
