Ugh! Who really likes being under the weather 🤔? I certainly don't, but on my way home from church and a visit with Big Sis TX EB, I decided to pull into Arby's and pick up some food before the "floodgates" dropped. Made it inside. Was greeted by Jacob, at the register, and able to place my take out order quickly. Since he asked me a couple of times, if I wanted to add anything, I did (considering the weather forecast).
I love ❤️ the Greek gyro and Classic roast beef and cheddar. This time, I added the "Fish N Cheddar, just to try. It was good, but I will stick to my favs!
Order was done quickly and Ms. Cynthia Smiley came up front to help get order ready. (Jacob was busy with new customers.) Both had a positive attitude and worked together in tandem. Very happy with their customer service 😀!
Wouldn't you know it, 😏 right as I was walking to my car the bottom dropped and soaked my bag so quick that it tore!!! So, sorry, didn't take the time to take pictures. Next time around. 👍on this visit!
We really enjoyed it. For a truck stop restaurant it had plugs at every table to get work done, and the staff was pleasant and made sure you were happy. Will eat there again. That says a lot.

Hello there I'm writing this because there was this lady Sarina Golden. She was very unprofessional and very rude she had some attitude i have no idea even though I was trying to smile but she was very disrespectful. And ignoring while I was trying to talk to her and tell her why you being so rude she kept ignoring me. But I was very upset,I hope somebody tell her she needs to be nice to customers she can't have attitude. If she's not happy then she doesn't belong in there very simple. Even though I try to ask her why have this attitude towards me like this.

The people that work here are so sweet, especially during lunch rush-hour. A lady by the name of Angela noticed I was a little unhappy about my order. I mentioned something that was missing she offered to have them remake it for me. I told her no thank you, during my rush lunch hour. I asked if they could just put it on the side would be great. Her attentiveness to me made a big difference. I know just in a simple gesture. But, it’s hard to find kindness in fast food during rush hour. She brightened my day. I’ll be returning soon in hopes of another day of great customer service.
