Replaced our order. We get to the window and give them a gift card. They give card had $40 on it. The order was 4709, they told us that there was a remainder, so we gave them our credit card, they didn't take all the money off the gift card and then charged my credit card $,27 instead of 7.09, when I go to complain about it. The woman in the window, which her name is Lulu. She laughed in My face. when they asked us to pull away after she laughed in my face, we told her no, it took them 5 minutes to figure out how to run the gift card right off the bat, they didn't even know how to run it. So they took $20 off of the gift card and put the rest of my credit card and when placed with the knowledge that they made mistakes, we were treated poorly told us that the cops were going to be called or she was going to get security to make us physically move and we didn't care. We stayed there. She should have never laughed in my face. She should have known the procedure to use a gift card to begin with, to have to go get 3 other people to try to figure out how to run a gift card. And they didn't know either. And then she laughed in my face because of their non training and incompetence.
