My husband picked up a roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich 45 minutes ago. The roast beef sandwich was okay, however the chicken sandwich was burnt and dried out. I looks like it was refried at some point and had been sitting for a while. Due to time constraints, i took some bites and hope I don't get sick. Golden rule, if you wouldn't eat it, please don't serve it to your customers.

Terrible dry over cooked chicken strips. Lukewarm fries with zero flavor. Just a terrible meal all around. Arby's used to be good. Sadly, not anymore. Anyone at Arby's upper management please feel free to get in touch with me if you want to follow up on this terrible experience

Today’s date is Saturday 11/29/25. We went around 9PM today to get my son some steak bites. This is what they gave me. I did not notice until we got home and ready to eat. Thank God we didn’t eat any. This could have gotten my child ill. This is dangerous and there’s no way there should be expired food, by almost a week, still available to serve. I am absolutely livid.

Turkey bacon sandwich was good. Bread just a smig on the dry side, and ranch sauce was a tad runny, tasted a little more like mayo. The five piece beef nuggets my man liked but the kids and I didn't really care for it. One child ate it bc he will eat it bc he's Very hungry lol so there's that. The best thing we got was the Mac n cheese nuggets.

Only complain I have are the drinks. Not sure if they do not add enough flavoring to their drinks or what it may be. Drinks taste like water if I am honest. Food is always great and fresh!!
