My husband went on veterans day to get his sandwich that was advertised for veterans day . They said they didn't know anything about it ( the manager) he showed them the advertise Pic on it she said she still dint know anything and that she would check her emails but it would be a little bit . We left and I called customer service and they said call the restaurant and then she hung up . Bad bad customer service for veterans

Shrinkflation is REAL here. I ordered 2 sandwiches and neither looked like the pictures. The loaded Italian sub was terrible, the top and bottom buns were able to touch each other. It had hardly anything on it and definitely NOT loaded. I also ordered a double cheeseburger that goes for $10 and it was as bad as the sub. Very small and sad looking but, the photo on the app makes it look awesome and big. These places think you won't notice but, we do. Stop ripping people off with fake advertising. I wasn't initially going to post this or else I would have included pics. But, I had to say something in hopes that things will change.

Arby’s always hits the spot when I’m in the mood for something different. The roast beef sandwiches are delicious, and I love their curly fries! The menu has a lot of variety, and everything tastes fresh. The staff is always polite and quick with orders. Definitely a solid choice for a fast and filling meal!
