TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THE DRIVE-THRU! Had us pull up and park. Ordered at 6:47. Had to go in to see where our food was at 7:00. The lady behind the counter looked at us and then turned her back to us and completely ignored us. Finally at 7:04 our food was ready.

I wouldn’t know how the food tastes because they can’t even take an order. Me and the car in front waited for so long for no one to speak. Pull around to the front and a lady is moping the floor with a headset one 😒 properly staff your restaurant!!!

I ordered my food and got home to realize there was a slight mixup with my order. I came back and they immediately went to work, apologizing and letting me know they tried to catch me before I left. I was out the door with fresh food and as a satisfied customer! Darius and the young lady that was working with Darius on 12/23 in the evening were great! Thank you for the service!

I had a craving for Arby’s today being in Houston Arby’s are far and few between. So I drive across town get to the store and they don’t accept their own Apps coupons at this store , why advertise the app on your counter then . I ate my beef and cheddar #1 combo but it was sad like a 5 yr old threw it together I’ve always loved Arby’s as a kid now as a senior I think they have just about priced themselves out of business. Sad day I won’t be back.

Service is average, just employees doing their jobs for ridiculously low pay... I understand the underwhelming feeling of working fastfood... Ben there a couple times... Food is Arby's, it's roast beef samiches..if you don't know, you don't know.... But if your there, your about to find out... That it's about the roast beef and kit atmosphere..m

The Reuben sandwiches are good but they would be great if they were toasted so the cheese was melted and if they used Russian dressing instead of Thousand Island.

Terrible. Slow. Rude.
BUT….. You only have three or four stores. There’s none on our side of town. They’re all on the other side of town. I am on I 10 in between 610 and eight and that’s crap. Our reason is my Favorite free dip ever Reuben ever…. We don’t get it here. It would be a hit over here if anybody could ever put one here where is spring branch Texas? (HOUSTON ) So that’s why I put One star because it ain’t right that you have all these other three other places I don’t have one near us. That’s how Arby sucks. !!!!!!!!

Manager on duty cussed me out and blocked my number when calling back when they messed up my drive thru order so rude. And my wife and myself smelled marijuana someone was smoking in the back on there break horrible customer service will never go back

My family and I love this Arby’s!
We live a bit far but this is still our closest Arby’s so we always try to eat here whenever we are in the area. The food is served hot and fresh and the taste is on point, just like I remember when we were kids. Now, my son is also hooked. We usually get the classic roast beef, but lately have also fallen in love with the smokehouse brisket and corned beef Reuben.
The restaurant is always clean and there is ample parking.
The staff are nice and helpful. They make us feel like valued guests and are patient when my parents take a while to decide on their order. I really appreciate them.
