I highly recommend Arella on Jones. My first time living in an Apt and Arella has made me feel very welcomed. Desiree and all the staff go above and beyond to make living here very enjoyable. The many amenities and functions they offer have allowed me to make many new and cherished friends. I renewed my lease and look forward to all Arella has to offer. The bistro offers great food and hosts a lot of the functions here. I have developed new hobbies like the garden where i can enjoy home grown veggies and admire all the beautiful flowers fellow gardeners plant. I enjoy the gym daily and the happy hours with some of the greatest people. Arella on Jones is an active community and Desiree, Nemo and Savannah make it a fun and enjoyable place to be. Yes, I recommend AOJ! I have lived here for over 2 years and have just signed up for another 18 months. The office staff (Desiree, Nemo, Savanna) and maintenance personnel (Gus, Guillermo, Ronald) are friendly, attentive, and caring! I feel safe here and the residents are some of the warmest and welcoming people I have ever met. There are daily activities + a gym + a yoga room + game rooms + a garden + a pool and on and on. Beautiful community and EXCELLENT management! I honestly can’t wait til I’m 55+ to move in this exquisite community! From the café to the arts and crafts room to the sparkling blue swimming pool, game room, worship room, beauty/barber salon to the activities this place does for the seniors! They literally have it all! Big shout out to Nemo and Desiree for all their hard work, keeping up with all the activities and grounds! Move your Mom, Dad, grandma! You’ll not regret this experience! Like living on a cruise ship but on the ground. :)

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt like I was walking into a luxury resort. The atmosphere is so inviting, the amenities are outstanding, and every detail has been thought of to make life here not just comfortable, but joyful.
The pool, fitness areas, game rooms, garden, and common spaces are all immaculate, modern, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you could instantly see yourself living your best life — whether relaxing, socializing, or enjoying all the activities they offer. But what truly makes Arella on Jones shine are the three incredible managers- Savannah, Desiree and Nemo. They are the heartbeat of this community. Warm, professional, and beyond welcoming, they treated me like family from the very first moment. They didn’t just give me a tour — they created an experience. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made me feel right at home. Each one of them went above and beyond to answer questions, share details, and make sure I understood all that the community has to offer.
