Went to the hospital where this place is located and when I was leaving in the garage one of their working ran a cart full of waste into the back of my car, then wouldn’t give me their last name. Been trying to get in touch with a manager for the past hour and they either hung up the phone or say there is no manager here.

Friendly counter service but …
1. Hot chocolate took forever (there was no other customers in the place) and we had to ask twice, only to get hot chocolate from a packet. Chalky and cheap.
2. Workers didn’t seem to want to work at all, they were almost annoyed that we asked about our order.
The quality of the food doesn’t exactly match the price. Do not get the lentil and chickpea soup as the lentils are not cooked all the way through which was annoying. I brought it up to staff and they let me know they do not cook the soups on site. They just warm them up. My Mediterranean salad was decent less the tomatoes that were on the verge of going bad/ super soft with a weird flavor to them. The Turkey club sandwich and the strawberry lemonade/peach tea are the best things I’ve had here.

I visited yesterday before they closed and ordered the 2 scoop chicken salad and added red onion. It was over $7 and didn't even come with the small salad that it normally does when you buy it out of the prefill pack for $4. So I went in this morning and asked about it and it was explained it's basically an up charge for ordering from behind the counter plus adding the onions?!?!?It's a rip off and I don't believe that, they seem to charge what they want....So I paid $3 for a few strings of red onion. Thanks Au Bon Pain for thieving me :)

Order your food first and then go to the checkout to pay. The portions are small, but I found the food very tasty.

We got a cheese chili pepper soup. It sounded awesome but tasted pastie. Wallpaper pastie. No flavor. We were thinking cheesy with green chili bites but no. Neither of us finished it. Sorry not a good experience
Food was delicious, service was great, Food might be expensive but I guess would be because rent in the medical center is really high. But if you are in the area is one of the best places to eat. I been a customer for 13 years. Employees know me by my name and tell usually start making my usual as soon they see me.Thank you for your hard work Au Bon Pain Team

Completely disappointed. Ordered a simple grilled cheese with bacon. The sandwich nearly cracked my teeth. Three chewable bites for over $7. If I wasn't on lunch break I would've taken it back. Soup was good though. I will not go back.
Average at best with poor service people taking orders can't communicate in our language.
First time there today. I had the creamiest yummiest broccoli cheddar soup & chicken ceasar wrap. Prices r reasonable & ambiance light & friendly.
Come here almost everyday for lunch today I brought my own just needed a fork and was told I couldn’t have one because I wasn’t a paying customer today lol won’t ever eat here again !
I have been a long time customer of AuBonPain for the past 9 1/2 years, and. I love it! Brenda the cashier is the absolute BEST! She is always very friendly, professional and attentive by making sure I have everything I need to complete my lunch! My only request is that they bring back the regular HOT SAUCE and also the PEA SOUP!
