They never have the pretzel version because the nuggets are more expensive so they’re trying to push that sell and don’t care about customer service.

If you want pretzels, do not come to this Auntie Anne’s. They told me it would be 15 minutes for pretzels and when I came back, they told me 10 more minutes. And then 10 minutes later (around 8:05pm) they told me they were no longer making pretzels because it was “close to closing”. There were 5 workers and no one could make pretzels? They were still making bites so i’m assuming they all just did not want to make pretzels. If you want anything else from the menu, I guess they may have it, but can’t be sure.

Came to the stand to order an almond pretzel and was informed that there were bites available instead. In fact, all customers who wanted pretzels were made to get bites because there was a 15 minute wait on pretzels at a pretzel place. I said i would come back. When i got back i was greeted by “Aldin” with a sassy attitude when i asked about the almond pretzel, he told me it wasn’t made because i didn’t pay for it. I told him that was new, he said that’s the way it had always been. I disagreed and he doubled down saying he had worked in the mall since 2010.If Anne’s doesn’t want to sell pretzels anymore they should state that. This was not a good experience.

They never ever have the regular pretzels available. U always always have to wait 10 minutes. That is poor like of service, not providing what customers like in a time bases.

Nate Church

Delicious pretzels and treats with very little wait time and friendly service.

Horrible experience at the one near Macy's store.I asked an employee to make some Almond Pretzels since they did not have any. I left my husband in line and they never made them. Then he was mocking merits some yelling noise. All of the employees can testify to his horrible behavior. He should be fired!
