The prezetl bites were ok. To pay a dollar extra for dipping sauce after spending a small fortune on the food and drink is ridiculous. First and last time there for sure.

Love this Auntie Anne’s location! Every time I come get served here I have a positive experience. Really cheerful crew! They get me in and out with fresh pretzels and lemonade. Love it!!!

Horrible customer service and questionable food safety practices. Two packages of hot dogs were just laying out on a push cart outside of the kiosk for 30+ minutes. Then, we asked for a regular pretzel and employee said they didn’t have any, but to come back in 10 minutes and they should be ready. We returned within 10 minutes, and waited for another 5 minutes for a pretzel. When we finally asked if they were ready yet, we were told by someone who identified as the manager that they sold out. We asked how that was possible when we were directed to come back in 10 minutes since they were being prepared. Manager stated that they sell as soon as they’re put out. When questioned how that was possible because we were told pretzels wouldn’t even be ready for 10 minutes, he finally admitted that his employee was wrong. No means of trying to rectify the situation was offered.

I got the deal with the creamy drink and mini hot dogs and it really hit the spot!! I got the strawberry flavor drink, which kinda tastes more like strawberry shortcake. The mini hot dogs were super good while hot, but I wouldn’t recommend eating them if they get cold! But otherwise the service was quick!

These guys were great! We're here for a dance convention for my daughters, and the pretzels smell so good. Alfred and Joe were both polite and professional, got me taken care of quick, and helped me pick a dipping sauce (I was unfamiliar with all the options). And my breastfeeding wife wanted a Dr Pepper, are they convinced me to upsize from the medium she wanted to a large.My only regret is that I do not have a larger stomach so that I can eat more pretzels from this Auntie Anne's. The good news though is that we're coming back tomorrow, and I can get more pretzels then.
I was so disappointed with the pretzel yesterday, I have been a big fan of their pretzel for years that every time I go to the mall I always grab one to eat while I was shopping. And their pretzel was always good, but yesterday the pretzel was burn on the bottom and mushy and wet on top so disgusting. I know yesterday the mall was busy and a lot of people were waiting in line but still should always keep their quality and make it good no matter how busy they are.. I rather wait a little longer and get a good pretzel.
