For a whole year Iāve had a swollen ankle and calve constant pain ! Constant muscle spasms ! My swollen calve no matter what I did never calmed down I sprained my left ankle pretty bad and I went to numerous doctors all insisted with steroid shots and pain pills and more steroids in which the combination through other things off in my body . I have had numerous massages by Penny and over this time my physical discomforts have lessened to a great degree. She seems to find the āknotsā where my pain occurs even when I havenāt realized the pain on a conscious level. That is the trick here because I seem to have these āknotsā of pain that I didnāt realize until she finds them and works on them always with good results. She is competent and professional. Penny really helped me with a chronically painful shoulder that I couldn't really figure out. I went to the chiropractor first, and it helped some but nothing like what Penny did for me. I will definitely ask for her help again. After a couple of visits with her, my pain was gone and hasn't come back.
