My new favorite hole in the wall local Mexican Restaurant. I’ve always had a torta quest sine my neighborhood restaurant closed 15 years ago. This place has fresh homemade food. I ordered a torta and to my surprise it was really good! And it came with some homemade red and green salsa. It was on point. And to wash it all down, they have fresh watermelon aqua. That drink was so refreshing. I will most definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stop in to try their breakfast. So excited!!

The tacos here are really good. Homemade tortillas and generously stuffed. The menudo is really rich and tasty as well. Service is friendly and prices are nice. You can get a decent sized breakfast taco for under 3 bucks.

Today I was in the area and decided to Google tacos and I DIDN'T want them from a local donut shop or gas station and came across this WONDERFUL FLAVORFUL PLACE. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. When you walk in you can just smell the flavor! IT SMELLS LIKE IS GOING TO BE GOOD. AND IT WAS....The tacos were seasoned well. The potatoes tasted amazing. The restaurant was very clean and cozy. The customer service was top tier. Can't wait to go back

Stopped by for the first time service was amazing I didn’t catch the women’s name but she was very sweet and welcoming. The food was Just as great I felt at home . Definitely recommend if you’re in the area .

Service was terrible. Ended up leaving due to the wait.
I tried them twice, both times were a disappointment. The first time we ordered the hotdogs. 1 Ay Caramba, 2 Mexican, and 1 chili cheese dog. What we got was 3 Mexican and 1 chili cheese dog. All of them are bacon wrapped but the bacon was raw on all but 1 side and the hotdogs were all cold in the middle.
This morning the breakfast tacos are cold, one of them had an old tortilla that was hard to chew. The others had fresh tortillas but still just above room temperature.
It seems like the contents were precooked and assembled off a malfunctioning steam table. Or maybe they have sensitive hands and don't want to handle hot food. I don't know. But the food is warm at best.
There are many taco trucks and restaurants in the area that offer pretty much the same items. If you want fast, this is the place. If you're looking for quality you're likely to do better elsewhere.

Was my first time here and will NOT be my last! Ms. Teresa was so kind and helpful with getting my order. Love how she expressed how delicious their food was. She wasn't lying everything I ordered was scrumptious!! I had an egg and bean taco, an asado de puerco taco, and a chicharron en salsa verde taco. All was very packed. All was full of flavor 😋. If you live or by Sagemont definitely give them a try!
