Azura Bar and Lounge

I've been here twice and both times I've had a horrible customer service experience!!!! The 1st time the bartenders ignored me for so long I left without ordering a drink.... the next time I came, I had a bartender literally ignore me so he could put away straws!!! When I asked him if that was more important than helping a customer he replied, he's not a bartender. I then asked him to go get a bartender, he then went back to doing what he was doing. Finally someone came to help me.... only for me to notice the "non bartender " making an alcoholic drink!!!! I then say... so you are a bartender??? He replied "only when he's logged in!!" Safe to say. This will be my last time giving this company any business!!!! His name was Emond and because of him.... I'm never coming back!

On 11/5/24, my school hosted a social gathering at Azure Lounge, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We made a reservation in advance to ensure the staff could accommodate our group of 35, and they certainly delivered. Alejandro, our server, was outstanding—handling our orders with care, offering great recommendations, and keeping us well-informed about wait times. Iman, the bartender, crafted each drink to perfection. While we had hoped for a bit more variety in the happy hour specials, the attentive and friendly service from everyone made up for it. We're already looking forward to returning for our next event!
