Was absolutely surprised when the bill was presented and they added a 3.5% facility fee‼️ Manager came over very nice and gave a lame explanation of the charge basically saying because of the fee they did not raise prices. He was very nice. Feel like they should disclose this on the menu, website, and Open Table. Would not recommend this establishment until they start disclosing

It took 20 minutes to get drinks and they were out of Peroni and when I switched it to Dos Equis, after one they were out of that as well. We waited to place our main order to visit and when we did order, the meal was delivered in one minute. The lasagna was not fresh as if it had been sitting there all day. My eating patrons did enjoy their meals, fettucine and braised ribs. A beautiful place but disappointed in service and meal, service under staffed.

I've given 4 stars simply because the service was stellar- otherwise it would be a 3 or 2 star rating. The food we ordered was not great. Pizza was delish so def recommend but the lasagna was burned, the lobster bisque had to be sent back to the kitchen because it was also bitter - as if it had been burned, grandmas ravioli was “ok.” I heard a table nearby letting the server know the Tiramisu was dry. Our server kept our glasses full and came back to our table often - when given the feedback on our entrees he quickly got his manager involved and offered to make my sons entree complimentary because he'd have to wait for something else to replace the burned lasagna while everyone else finished and offered a complimentary dessert for our inconvenience- guest centered-top tier - the way to win repeat guests —applause— therefore we will be back!

Ordered pizza here for first time. Made some modifications and both pizzas came out incorrectly. They remade the pizza but delay messed up timing of dinner with other food. Pizza itself was good but not great as we prefer more sauce and thinner crust.

Absolutely loved it. Went for Father's Day and he really enjoyed it. The focaccia service is by far some of the best I've ever had and the whipped ricotta hit the mark! Everyone had pasta dishes and the brussel sprouts side was delicious. Gelato and sorbet for dessert capped off an excellent meal. Owner/mgr walked around and greeted all the patrons. Would definitely recommend!

We always have a great experience at BB Italia in Sugarland. But the bar staff truly deserve special recognition. They are incredibly talented, attentive, and consistently provide top-notch service. It's impressive how they always remember our order, it adds such a personal touch that keeps us coming back. Their skill professionalism and warm demeanor make the bar one of the best parts of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Chicken Parmesan was very dry. Several times, we asked the waiter for additional sauce. For the leftovers we asked again and he put done in the box. We have eaten here probably 12 times before and they were always good experiences. Not tonight, terrible food. Will not be going back.
Some of the best Italian food I have had in a long time. The 20 layer lasagna is a must try and don't leave without having a cannoli.

I ordered Grandma's Ravioli, and the portion was so small I thought I was being punked. I thought Ashton Kusher was go come out. Even my kids were laughing. They ran out of lasagna. Didn't come with a salad and you had to pay for bread like a appetizer. What Italian restaurant doesn't give you bread? This restaurant cut corners any way they can, from the bread, to the small portions, to no salad. They cut more corners than a four corner hustler. The new name should be Cutting Corners Italian Hustlers. I'll never come back again ...

First time going to B.B. Italia and we'll definitely be back! The food and restaurant were great but our server was simply outstanding! Unfortunately, in today's age, younger employees fail to understand the importance of service and being attentive. It was so refreshing to see a young man enjoy his job (or at least appear he does) and put the customer first and make us feel like we're his only table! If this is they way the restaurants trains, great for them! If this is just his personality, great for him... He'll certainly be successful in life! In short, it's not over priced at all and you'll definitely get more than your money's worth!
