Food: bun bo Hue is good, but when we order extra baguette the bread was old very old. Bread is cheap then why serve customers with old bread?

Been here twice, the food is good but the service is non-existent. After you order they'll bring out the food and that's it, no refill on drinks or checking back if you need anything else. Came on a Saturday for lunch and they were already out of their special oxtail bun bo hue. So disappointing.

Bui Quan is amazing. The Bun Bo here is very good — full of flavor and really satisfying. Highly recommend!

Came here for Bun Bo Hue. Food came out hot and was decent. Everyone gets their own basket of veggies and dipping sauce which was nice. Most places give just one dish for entire table with veggies and sometimes it’s not enough. You don’t get a choice of having steamed bean sprouts as it comes out raw so that was a bit different but not a big deal since soup was hot. Restaurant is decorated nicely and spacious with high ceilings for an inviting environment.

Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle) is so good @Bui Quan. I have not had a chance to try other dishes in the menu. Need to return to Bui Quan soon 🤩

Kinda disappointed in how our lunch went :( we ordered the bun bo hue and their mi bo kho as their main specials and it was not the best. The bun bo hue broth was very pale in color and did not have a flavorful broth. They gave salt and mam ruoc on the side to add, but the broth base itself was very disappointing. To make it worst, the bun was very overcooked. For the mi bo kho, the broth was on the sweeter side, I did not mind it as much but my brother really did not like how sweet it was. The mi was also very overcooked and soft. The bo kho thit meat pieces were also dry and the tendons were overcooked. The workers were nice, I just wouldn't recommend these two dishes from here! They are a new resturant so maybe they haven't gotten their footing just yet!

I don’t think it’s the best bbh but the broth was very light and clean tasting. Ox tail was not ox tail at all. The tea they give out was really good.
