Bun Bo Hue or Two bowls opened June 2017 and still looks as though they opened yesterday. The entire restaurant including the rest room was immaculate. The service was as impressive as the cleanliness of the restaurant. As their name implies, Bun Bo Hue serves basically two types of noodle soups. One is beef and the other is pork.
