My daughter first introduced me to Ba Mien and I go there from time to time. Had a horrible experience tonight. They were empty except for one gentleman in front of me The cashier was carrying on a casual conversation with him and completely ignored me. I finally saw that his food was already on the counter and wanted to see just how long she was going to just ignore me. I was stunned at her behavior. After almost ten minutes, I finally asked the cashier if he was ordering or were they just having a conversation. She said she could take my order like she was doing me a favor. I told her that I was not going to reward Ba Mien with my money for such rude behavior. I told her that her behavior was horrible. She never apologized or anything. I'm still trying to comprehend why she didn't just didn't take my order then continue her conversation. Hopefully, management will see this review and can use this as a teaching moment for her. I know that I should have asked to speak to the manager otherwise she (the cashier) will just try to say that I was rude but I felt it best to voice my displeasure and leave. In any event, I won't give them my business anymore.

My sister and I come here often. I’m vegetarian and have tried basically everything on the vegetarian menu and I recommend the vermicelli bowl and the banh mi. They’re delicious! Really nice workers and great customer service. Always a 10/10 when we come here.

I ordered the chicken rice plate online. Prices are more expensive online than if you call and order. Chicken was great, good quality, seasoned well, and cooked perfect. Rice and chicken were decent portion sizes. Not as many veggies as other places tho, I didn’t get any cilantro and only one piece of cucumber and tomato. Could of used more dipping sauce, I couldn’t taste much of it after pouring it over the food. For $17 it seems a bit overpriced, they didn’t have lunch specials either.

Real basic vietnamese food. Ordered combo pho and bun salad, the portion size were small and expensive yet its not loaded with the normal stuff it normally comes with like tripe for the pho and shrimp and eggroll for the salad. Not worth the price

I tried this place based on the reviews and the menu description. I'd been craving a grilled pork banh mi but I was looking for one that had daikon with the shredded carrots. The menu says they have daikon in the banh mi but they don't. The entire place is really run down. It makes me question the over all cleanliness. The floors were cracked concrete, it was pretty dark inside and there was zero ambiance. It seems to be take out only. The girl taking the order was nice. The price you see here is not the real price, it's almost double. With tip, I paid $10 for a grilled pork banh mi with no subs or extras.
