Got the cheesesteak bagel and sausage egg and cheese bagel. Staff did not great us, stood there for a minute or two staring at the guy at the counter before having to ask for help. He was not friendly at all. The cheesesteak was overcooked full pieces of frozen cheesesteak, not chopped up, on an undercooked bagel. Sausage on the sausage egg and cheese was good but the bagel was also undercooked. Dining area is extremely cramped. The owner was the only pleasant person there. He offered to help us make room so we could get into a table. Won’t be returning.

Amazing bagels literally the best in Houston. Would give 5 stars but every single time I order a bagel sandwich without cheese there’s sliced cheese I have to peel off my bagel. At this point I’d rather just order a dozen bagels and make it myself at home instead because it’s too expensive for it to be gotten wrong every single time.

What’s the hype about? I understand this place is from NY but probably because they failed there. The bagels are small, nothing special about their texture or chewiness. The amount of cream cheese they put is probably below average. Maybe today was a fail and i might give this place another chance. However i do think there’s better places in the city, The Hot Bagel Shop is way better
