Great selection of food, owner is super friendly and helpful! Atmosphere is calm and clean. Food was fresh and delicious! One of the best Pho I’ve had in a while!

I actually really like the food here as I just recently tried them. Only issue is I accidentally made a mistake on which rolls to order and when I apologized i hear one lady telling the other “she’s just going to have to wait”. I didn’t have issue waiting as I was the one who made the mistake. Just didn’t like the fact that they made a big stink about it. Not sure if I’ll be back with the unnecessary attitude…

Refused my teenage son service and blamed him for poor communication. When I went to pay and ask where my son’s order was he got belligerent and spouted racial slurs at me and my son stating he didn’t need my money but wouldn’t service my son without money so I’m extremely confused. Disappointed is an understatement. Keep your money out of places you’re unwanted.

Best Pho in the Cypress and Jersey Village area!! We drive down from Hockley just to eat here. The service is amazing and couldn’t ask for a better tasting broth

I stopped in here for lunch yesterday and was very underwhelmed and disappointed. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi sandwich, hold the jalepeno and extra mayo with an order of egg rolls. Not sure what extra mayo means to them, but the whisper of mayo that was added was definitely not sufficient. The sandwich was stuffed with more carrots, cucumber and cilantro than meat. What pork I did get was grisly and fatty. The egg rolls were okay, but not a hit either.

What got me the most about this whole place was the fact that the owner sat oblivious to my numerous attempts to get somebody to come back to my table? I can only assume it was the owner as he was talking to some sales guy about the business and advertising. I was completely ignored from the time the sandwich was placed in front of me until I finally had to get up and go to the register to get somebody to give me to go box. Not that I was actually going to finish what I was taking with me that went right into the garbage when I got home. No one came back to offer me a refill on my water or to see if I needed anything else. I will definitely never go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to like this place because I love a good banh mi sandwich, but there were so many negatives that I couldn’t give it a great review.

11/30/2025 - Upon walking in, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who kindly asked if I was dining in or ordering takeout. After mentioning I'd be dining in, he said I could have a seat anywhere that I wanted and gladly took my order. I proceeded to order an order of eggrolls and the Fried Egg and Sausage Banh Mi. The Banh Mi was quite flavorful, the Baguette was fresh and warm, the vegetables were fresh and crisp and added to the flavor profile. The eggrolls were crispy and tender while also being delicious and the sauce was sweet and spicy, with a heat that builds up while you continue to dip and eat your eggrolls.
The atmosphere was nice, I like the little attention to detail at most of the tables against a wall and the mural on the left wall. I definitely see myself coming back in the near future.

I went for the first time yesterday & I came back the next day because it was SO YUMMY! The staff is very nice and make you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere, large portions & great food & very affordable 😇 definitely my new favorite spot in the area !
