I have been going here since they opened but I live in KY and only get to Baileson a couple times a year. I was just there on 6/20/25 and the beer was excellent! Clean, tasty, well brewed! Sarah the brewer and co-owner is killing it! Very local vibe, non commercial and a great place to hang! Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Best beers in town, no doubt! Freshly brewed, drafted in front of you, beers are available according to what has been produced. Tried a couple of options, got positively surprised by both. A small stand outside prepares nice burgers (no veg options). Next time in Houston I’ll book some time again to come here.

Stopped in for to-go beers while in Houston for the holidays. Beers were good, place was buzzing on a Friday night, and the atmosphere was cool and definitely dog friendly. Will plan to revisit on my next stop.

Their food truck ran out of food the evening we were there and that was a bummer because we had to find another place to eat.
They have a parking in the back which is convenient. The open seating in the front is nice specially when a nice breeze is blowing after some rain.
The beer was good. I wish they had a flight option but they do serve 4 oz portions which sort of made up for it.
