I have been going here since they opened but I live in KY and only get to Baileson a couple times a year. I was just there on 6/20/25 and the beer was excellent! Clean, tasty, well brewed! Sarah the brewer and co-owner is killing it! Very local vibe, non commercial and a great place to hang! Highly recommended! 5 stars!
Best beers in town, no doubt!
Freshly brewed, drafted in front of you, beers are available according to what has been produced.
Tried a couple of options, got positively surprised by both. A small stand outside prepares nice burgers (no veg options).
Next time in Houston I’ll book some time again to come here.

Stopped in for to-go beers while in Houston for the holidays. Beers were good, place was buzzing on a Friday night, and the atmosphere was cool and definitely dog friendly. Will plan to revisit on my next stop.
