Words cannot even describe how grateful I am to Bailey Connor Catering for helping with their many services for my wedding! Not only was their catering DELICIOUS and I got so many compliments on how tasty the food was, but they also helped me with lighting, florals, rentals, you name it! Everything went so smoothly during the wedding planning process with them and their customer service is superb!! I honestly could go on and on with how amazing they are and I will recommend them to all engaged couples & others as they plan other events not just weddings! I want to give a special shout out to Sequena, their Catering & events manager as she was so organized and timely in her responses and was so kind. The rest of the Bailey Connor staff I met were equally as wonderful and they all truly went above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better and more perfect wedding!

We chose Bailey Connor Catering to cater our beachside wedding event in Galveston. This required some "outside of the box thinking". Marsha and the team were terrific. All these guests had a wonderful time and were very complementary. They have my full recommendation.

We hired Bailey Connor for our wedding in June and have zero regrets. The food was delicious!! We loved everything they served, even items we selected sight-unseen after our initial tasting. I still have people asking me what the appetizers were because they were that good (get the goat cheese/fig crostini, trust me).

The staff was also very attentive to the wedding party night-of and was easy to work with throughout the entire process, willing to accommodate a variety of guests' dietary restrictions and to play with different options to fit our budget. We worked with Sequena directly through the entire process and she was so great!

They were the most expensive vendor in our wedding, so may not be for everyone's budget, but I think some of this might be due to the current economy and rising food costs. They are worth it tho!

We hired Bailey Connor Catering for our wedding this past weekend. They were super helpful when it came to booking and several guest count arrangements (thanks COVID). The food was great! We chose street taco, nacho, and street corn action stations and everyone enjoyed the food and went back for seconds. I even had some leftovers from the wedding and ate them for lunch the next two days. The staff was super sweet and were very enjoyable to work with. I definitely recommend hiring Bailey Connor Catering for your next event!

We used them for our daughter's wedding shower and are so happy we did! The food was excellent and the staff was so wonderful! We have so many compliments on both the food and staff, we would definitely use them again!

Food was delicious, service was also good.
Dealing with the owner was difficult and not pleasant.
She promised and her promise was not heard up. Possibly a personally problem between me and the owner. In My book the customer is always correct, she does not feel that way.

We used Bailey Connor catering several years ago as it was the contracted caterer for the venue. We were told there would be a charge for a tasting and would not even get to select items to try, so we had to go in blind with the overall taste of the food. We went off of what was served at an open house for the venue which was all decent. We wanted to have more bar style, small plate foods for the reception and stepped outside the seated or buffet package for serving action stations. We were told they would all be prepared in front of guests and they could choose add in for a pasta bar, make your own quesadilla, and shrimp and steak skewers would be grilled on site. We explicitly told them we were not concerned about lines or waits as the intention was for people to munch throughout the evening. Well they took it upon themselves to prepare all food ahead of time. Pasta was premixed with sauces and in warming containers. No option for adding your own toppings. Quesadillas were also pre-made and warmed up, again no option for build your own. Skewers also premade and warmed up. They did not save any passes hors de vors for us to try since we were out taking photos, so can’t say how those were. The most frustrating was despite around 20 people short of our quoted total (severe weather and flooding), many guests, including my Father, were denied seconds! There should have been more than enough food and some leftover, yet nothing. We also requested real plates and utensils despite it being small plate and they again took it upon themselves to change it to all plastic. We paid quite a large fee to “upgrade” to “action stations” and were extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. When we emailed Veronica after the wedding she was unbelievably rude and argumentative. So if you use them be careful and ask extra questions to ensure you are going to get what you expect. Would NOT recommend them.

Our clients loved the food that was provided by The Bailey Connor Catering Team!!! We will definitely use them again for future company events. If you haven't used them as a catering service I highly recommend using them!!

The team at Bailey Connor was amazing. My guests loved the customization of the menu. I will definitely use them for our company events. Impeccable service and a the food was sooo good!

They are a great catering staff that is helpful and professional.

Have to give this company 4 stars for a few reasons; we ran out of the most popular dish, mashed potatoes, before all our guests were served and the steak churrasco was chewy (at least mine was). When we tried to set up a second tasting (because my steak was chewy the first time too, but tasted great), we learned that there was an additional cost to do so, although we had already paid the deposit...

Other than that, food tasted great and the service was outstanding. Veronika was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. They also helped us by setting up our guest favors at each place setting.

I had to find this company! I attended a friends wedding at the Montgomery, TX Sanctuary Resort this past summer and the food & catering by Bailey Connor catering was absolutely AMAZING!!! The prime rib was succulent & juicy and the pasta stations...Marinara & chicken Alfredo...OMG!!! Bailey Connor was very professional, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of. Many thanks to Veronika & her staff! :)
