This company is a hidden gem in Houston. If you need any equipment or repairs dealing with commercial ovens, or commercial baking equipment, these are the experts. They completely refurbished my Baker's Pride 351 double stack ovens. They now look, work and function like brand new. They can get busy, but are worth the wait and are really good updating on their progress. Call them if you need repairs, a kitchen stocked, or equipment as they have it all, and much of it in stock at their big warehouse. I highly recommend calling them.
