I used to live in the area and have visited around >20 times. So I'll give credit where its due. The food is generally really tasty and the portions are Texas sized , I'm a Mexican and love the Honduran food ( my wife is Honduran). The Balliada especial is my favorite and second is the Pollo chuko. I personally have only had two abnormal experiences. The first was where I was given a portion of my order and I walked away without one of my items. The second was was actually today. I Ordered two portions of the chicken with the sauces on the side, but when I got home the sauce wasn't included at all. My wife ended up calling to complain and they did resolve the issue. I understand small issues do happen and I can't always expect excellent service. I will be returning. The staff is usually friendly as long as you're well mannered, though the clientele is usually not. I do get that the staff has to put up with some unruly customers.
On another note something I dont like is that prices are not stated on the Menu itself. You'll have to ask for individual prices for things if you want to know and lastly on the receipt the price is the total and not individual items leading up to the total.

The women that answer the phone is super rude and disrespectful I was ordering and she says are you going to come for the order this time . So disrespectful I went last time for the food I had order and got there 30 minutes late and they had sold it and I’m paying for the food you’re not giving it to me for free .by the way the food people buy from there that’s where you get your check miss girl . I know the owner and he’s really nice but these workers are rude i do reviews trying new food for the internet

Food was ok but not great, horchata was way too sweet. What in the world is up with the blaring music until all hours, not ok. Who are you playing that it for anyways? No one is there.

I think you don't have to be Honduran to know when the slices need a little more cooking (they looked like dough). I think it would be a good option to set aside the sauces so they don't end up sticking together. I tried to eat them but ended up feeling nauseous. And to finish the chicken was salty ?
I hope they improve that.

Good food and everything, but if you don't know how to buy avocados, don't put it in your food.

Best chicken with slices

They have pure ugly lady of character serving customers. Apart from the fact that they make you wait half an hour, the food comes out cold and tasteless. I don't recommend them.

To the owner: It's not poison sir, you were supposedly not present, but you comment as if you were. God is only a partner of honest people who serve with love, not arrogance. He loves the humble, those who recognize their mistakes. You have a business that would be much more blessed if you took your customers into account instead of getting in your face with them.

I don't wish you anything bad, I was just sharing my experience in your business so that you realize what you need to improve.

Very good food, the girls are always very friendly when they answer the phone,

And for my people who complain about the wait, if you order food for the battalion and you don't like waiting, cook at home. Don't be shameless and come talk badly to the employees.

Saw this place and just pulled over to try it, was very good and different than what I'm used to. Was a language barrier but you can point at the pictures if you need to. I tried what was some type of hot sandwich on a plantain, it was very unique and good, I'd like to try more things from here. Glad I stopped by.
