I love 'PHO' which is a popular Vietnamese cuisine soup! But not all pho is good pho. Instead of driving all the way downtown, I heard about a small; yet unique and warm welcoming atmosphere Vietnamese restaurant that serves a variety of delicious pho in big bowls.
