The lemongrass beef bahn mi is great- the tofu one has no seasoning. It would be so simple for them to add a sauce or seasoning to make it great- owner please read this!!! Y'all also need a better side than chips.

Been here many times, and never really had problems, but the one time I get a taro smoothie, it is horrible. Grainy, not sweet, no flavor, tapioca is too slimy. You can’t shake the tapioca up with the dome lid they give you for the smoothie. I asked them for a thai tea instead, and they had a big problem with it and they expressed it in Vietnamese. I understand Vietnamese because I am Vietnamese. Ultimately, they reluctantly gave me a thai tea, but I left it behind untouched along with my full taro smoothie. Not interested in returning with that quality or service.

Walking in a place that was more crowded than I expected. I didn't get much just Korean style bread and black pearl drink. The bread came out quickly and was quite delicious. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The avocado to vegetable ratio is very good. My only complaint is that they gave us food but not drinks until I went up to the counter again. I believe they forgot our drink order which left me a bit disappointed. But when we drank the drink, the tapioca pearls were a little softer but still chewy. I have 50% sugar and I think that's the perfect sweetness for me. Overall quite satisfied with the experience.
Update: checking receipts and realized the reason I never received my Chai Milk Tea is because I was never charged for it -- glad I'm not out anything for it but still would have preferred my order to be taken properly. Looking forward to a better experience next time ?

Unfortunately, I never received the Chai Milk Tea that I ordered -- it was very busy so I can understand the oversight -- and I was so involved in conversation that I didn't notice until after I left, so I suppose that's on both of us ??
