This is the first time I have ever ordered take out from a Vietnamese place where the portions are small. Just take a look at the photo. I just read other reviews about the portions and it seems nothing has changed.It was good. Still hungry.

It’s my first time ordering from here and they really care about their customers. I ordered a tofu banh mi, and the texture of the tofu and the bread was good. I appreciate them following my instructions on not adding jalapeños, because most other banh mi places forget (thank you!). My husband ordered a bbq pork banh mi and the style of the sandwich was different than what he’s used to, but he still ate it all. Banh mi are delicious here! The pho is really good too and the vermicelli dishes are really good! The taste is authentic and you really can't beat the price. It has that perfect banh mi flavor and texture. Like how the carrots have that perfect vinegary hit and the bread is soft so it won't scratch the top of your mouth, but is still just the right amount of toasted. I go here a few times each month. It's one of my favorite banh mi places! Oh, you can also call ahead and put your order in so it'll be ready when you get there. I highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Fish sauce is used in a lot of Vietnamese dishes for flavor. However, you can always request your banh mi not have any fish sauce added and the vermicelli dishes have the fish sauce served separately. There is a tofu option with both that's pretty good.

For a 2 person operation, you sure get your food quickly. This place isn't the best to look at, or dine in. But the food is tasty, which is very shocking. Everything I've tried off their menu has been delicious. I do to-go orders and I'm always happy with the service and food. So, don't go for the atmosphere, go for the food. It's a neighborhood hidden gem.BTW skip the coffee, that's the only thing they suck at. Just skip the coffee.
I've been coming here for 4+ years. Food is always delicious. Michael is always very kind and respectful.Personally I recommend the cream cheese Rangoons, spring rolls, fried tofu vermicelli bowl and the Pho. All the food is good those are just my personal favorites.

I’ve been eating here for 1.5 years and this place is consistently the best Vietnamese food place in Houston. Several of my friends are now converts. Serves the best crab Rangoon in the city. Bahn mis and meat/rice dishes are always delicious and fresh!!
