I gotta say, their hu tieu combo is good. The sauce for the dry noodle version is so on point that you wouldn’t need to add anything to it, it has this garlicky taste and smell. They really generous on the meat portion, too. Overall, definitely would be back here again. Even my picky mom likes this place lol.

I couldn’t eat anything else after finishing this bowl for lunch. I mean I was done for the day ? Their portion is no joke for a girl as me. I literally have everything in my bowl: ground pork, liver, shrimp, pork ribs, quail eggs, fishcake, etc. Their sauce for dry noodles is amazing. It was savory and salty enough for my taste! The soup on the side was super delicious! I can taste all the umami taste from the broth.

I have eaten noodle at this restaurant since they openned at OC California. I just move to TX and have a chance to taste and enjoy its foods again. Really happy with it, I strongly recommend all noodle loves MUST try it out.
