Booked a $2000 section for New Years Eve after already paying a deposit had to wait in a line for 35 minutes and didn't get in to the club until 11:45. We had to rush the bottle girls to bring out all our bottles so we had something to bring in the new years. All around bad service.

$20 to park!!!! Small space and smokey from the hookahs. The seating is so small so you're squeezed together. Brunch menu that is on the site is $10 more then what is listed. And gratuity is already included so bill was very high. It was crazy.

First off whoever does this restaurant's website is AMAZING, because those pictures are not what it actually is. Bar? No. This is at best a low level lounge trying to appear like an up-scale bar. Here's how: establishment has a down stairs and upstairs area. Downstairs appears to be pretty much just a bar--that was closed and also had a set of restrooms, which stank of sewage... The ladies in our group said their restrooms were not very clean. Upstairs is another bar with lounge tables, and benches. These are basically square shaped bar tables partially surrounded by velour covered benches-I say partially because unless you sit in a corner you will have 1 side of the table with no seating... The restrooms up here were in worse shape..to the point that the ladies refused to use them. Like its one thing to say that a restroom is in need of maintenance, another to say its in need of repair..dripping wet walls? The bar area upstairs has 4 big-screen tv's combined together behind it, but a rather small selection of liquors. On the Saturday evening that we went all of this is behind a heavy cloud and odor of weed-despite alleged rules and intermittent security... Food: 80% of the menu is overpriced BAR FOOD. The remaining 20% although unique, don't include sides for which you have to order à la carte. This what is done at upscale restaurants, not a lounge. I mean they have 25 wings platter for $60.00 Some of the items such as the salmon LOOKED good, but the smothered option was too salty. Chicken wings tasted like reheated Wal-Mart wings, fish platter was fried in old cooking oil-was way darker than it should have been, and that was seeing it under the lounge-lighting. Drinks: The cocktails are also over-priced for how watered down they were. Should be reduced by 1/2 the cost. The service was pretty slow as they had 1 maybe 2 waitresses for the entire 2nd floor. All-in-all this place is no for me and I wouldn't suggest anyone else waste their time visiting. With a little attentiveness things could be drastically improved, because some of those menu items look delicious and the side dishes were pretty good. However management has to want to make those changes. As a customer I have a hard time accepting this place as a bar/lounge with upscale pricing and fare options when you give me plastic-ware to eat with and solo-cups for my drinks--UNLIKE THOSE GLASSES THEY SHOW IN THE VIDEOS/PICS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I ordered a cosmopolitan, what I received was fruit juice with a splash of alcohol. I returned it, because given the price it wasn’t worth it to wait and see if the alcohol would “sneak up on you”. Ordered French toast and catfish. What I received was catfish that was cooked entirely too long and burnt French toast. I didn’t want to risk returning it, so I ate what I could. I ordered another round of mimosas for the table and received the wrong flavor sans alcohol. Let’s not start with the parking outside. Self parking in the lot of the establishment is $20. Not ticket or tags were given to notate you were allowed to park which seem scammy.
Lastly apparently their card machines went out and they were expecting only cash. This was never communicated at any point during our experience here. They “offered” that they had an atm machine that guests could use, but then that is an additional fee on top of the charges to patronize here not including what we planned to tip our waitress.
Not cool.
Definitely not a place I would be in rush to revisit. The best part they had going for them Is the DJ. He was on one!

The customer service was horrible. My cousin prepaid for a reservation. We arrived on time and waited outside for over an hour. No assistance or reason why we waited for an hour. They were not prepared nor was anyone inside.

The worst I would never go back there again let's start with it was cash only so of course they had an ATM ok no problem use the ATM get up stairs the worst host bartender they gave us menu so we trying to order wasn't barely anything was available to eat the menu very disappointed she takes our drink order omg this girl took forever to bring drinks I had to go to the bar to see what was the hold up considering it's wasn't a crowd at all 5 people at the bar she was smoking hookah and on the phone I was ready to leave then service was not great she didn't know anything every question was she didn't know she just a bartender definitely not worth the hype I don't know if just was a bad night might could be better on another night but that night was a no for me
