Service was lacking ❌️(1)The hookah team needs to be organized or replaced.I chased a young lady around just to get my hookah coals topped off. It wasn't even her job so I understand her going a bit above and beyond. The hookah team left before the second team could show up. BAD ORGANISATION AND SCHEDULING. I ended up financially incentivizing the young lady to help us and the hookah service was still lacking. She changed our coals once then said the hookah team was...
Food left alot to be desired. Understaffed but our waitress was very apologetic even though she wasn't the manager or cook she had five tables with 5 or more consumers at each table to take care of. Food undercooked when voiced our concerns Manager never appeared to apologize for the inconvenience or the meals that was
