I’ve been twice now. I went a couple of weeks after Barkord opened and for my birthday. It’s always great service, kind people, and the private rooms for karaoke are reasonable and super fun.
Not sure if they have a room dedicated to birthdays, but when I booked a karaoke room I let the staff know it was for my birthday. When I arrived I walked into a room decorated with birthday decor. It was such a sweet surprise! They’re quick to provide service. Overall, atmosphere is welcoming! They have an extensive menu of food and drinks (so good!)

I came here for the first time in July 2025, for a birthday party for a friend and had such a great time that I made it the venue for my birthday celebration this February. I gave a low rating due to the service received by the first host, named Ryan. He was initially unaware of the menu (food and drink/bar items), failed to lower the temperature of the karaoke room (ice cold), and refused to remove a dish off the tab and off the physical table after one of my guests was unhappy with it, causing them to pay their tab and leave early. My other guest ordered a drink and was left hanging for a long period of time. We ended up getting a new host named Steve/Stephen, and was the exact opposite. His service was great and he was very accommodating and supportive which kept the energy of our party at a calm and happy level.
