The salad was great considering the price and that it was an airport salad. The pizza was cold and had either a shard of glass or hard plastic in the first bite. The servers did discard the pizza and tried to investigate where the shard came from when I shared my safety concern. However, they were unable to provide me with a manager’s contact information so I could follow up privately.
After a terrible experience grabbing Chinese food at the other place in the same food court, I had to dump the entire tray nearly uneaten and find something else to eat. I wanted to review the "big boss" pizza slice but they didn't have any made when I first looked through the line and surprise surprise they didn't have any made when I got a second slice. For a place that only offers five selections of pizza, I find it pretty pathetic they can't get their job done. The motto of this Sbarro knock off is, "7 days without Pinks pizza Makes One Weak!"
