We went to Baskin Robbins two days ago with our groupāthree kids and my parentsāand it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and patient, even while we all picked our flavors, and the ice cream tasted fresh and delicious. The shop was clean, our orders were right, and everyone left happy.
The only thing Iād improve is having a little more seating inside for larger families or groups like ours, but it wasnāt a deal-breaker at all. Overall, an awesome visit and weāll definitely be back!

I ordered the Dubai chocolate ice cream sundae and itās supposed to have the new pistachio chocolate bar ice cream in it. Instead of telling us they were out, she charged me full price ($12 for a sundae) and gave me the pistachio almond icecream that they always have. When I asked about it, she said they were out and I can go to another location for it. After I already paid. Worst $24 Iāve spent we didnāt even eat it.

How is the girl gonna charge me over three dollars for a can soda and look annoyed when the customer before me didnāt answer fast enough what kind of cone he wanted! Canāt be having an attitude Iām this kind work!

Not sure what happened to this place but the 2 scoop cups used to reach the lid. Now it's nowhere near. Too much money to spend to now get much smaller scoops.

This place usually serves as an after school treat to celebrate something, and itās never disappointing. There are 31 flavors to choose from, and I ordered a scoop of peanut butter chocolate and a scoop of rocky road. Both flavors were rich and creamy. The prices are reasonable and there are no problems with the service. They also have ice cream cakes ready to buy in the store. When I came, if you got two scoops, the waffle cone came free. Overall a great experience.

Iāve been going to this baskin robins for years and the ice cream is always very good. However after the recent remodel there is a lack of seating. They removed the bar seating and now there are only two small tables with two chairs each. There is not enough seating.
This ice cream is amazing!!! best Ice Cream I have ever had and I've had a lot! So creamy and so delicious. Unique & classic flavors. Very nice people. You need to try this place. I will be back definitely, both the ladies are very very good and suggested me to try new flavors

Reading the recent reviews were troubling but these people rating this place have clearly never worked customer service. I came in around 9:15 last night and the employees looked tired but still put on a smile and suggested flavors for me. I visited baskin Robbins for a yummy treat, not to judge someone based on a late night shift. My advice to you google reviewers, eat some ice cream and maybe youāll feel better.

I came to this location for ice-cream with my family, the store closes at 10 pm and we came 15 mins before closing and ordered our ice-cream. The young Asian lady working was very rude. She didnāt say a single word to us while we were ordering except ādonāt touch the glass.ā Worst service ever I hate to say. Her attitude said it all. Like you work at an ice-cream place, maybe try some and your mood would be better?

I hope the young lady working today at 2pm has a better day. 3 people inside enjoying an ice cream not busy at all, I walked in and was the only customer ordering. Employee looked so annoyed , didn't even offer me a spoon nor a lid and when I did ask for the items she seemed annoyed by it. I always come to this location and usually great service but today was not the day I guess.
