If your store is not going to be open for business hours, why not change them! Staff closed the door early and didn’t allow us, given they already started cleaning, very well knowing that it wasn’t time for close, as per hours posted on Google or store itself!!

Great place for a quick well deserved dessert

Zero service or support. DAT said he could only serve Ice Cream, he was not familiar with what ice cream cakes they had and I had to search the freezers myself. This is the first time that an employee didn’t do this. Concerned about hygiene but I needed. Surprise cake for the following day and I wouldn’t have time in the morning to wait until they opened. He was not able to work on cake decorations as well. My last visit to this location. I hope the one in Spring Branch is as good as they used to be. DAT said other people do the cream cakes now and that the manager knows the limitations of the employees to only serve ice cream from the counter. Lots of lost sales for BR!

Despite o going construction in the area, this location is great! I bought the single scoop Cotton Candy flavor on a small waffle cone, and it was delicious! Obviously, they are very generous scoops!

Very good serving sizes and good service. Of course, it’s great ice cream and many flavors to choose from. I gave it a four star because they don’t clean the tables and patio for guests to sit and enjoy. Music could be more pleasant.

Went with my family, my sister ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough and it didnt taste right like it had freezer burn. We asked to switch out the ice-cream for another flavor and was told that because she took a bit out of the ice-cream they could not take it back because they usually dump it back in the ice cream flavor bin. 🤢 To me that is a health hazard. DON'T GO HERE!!!

Workers never made my cake!!! Showed up day of the party obviously because this is a ice cream cake. Sat there for 45 minutes before they told me my cake was never made and they lost the order. i was furious because I submitted the order 2 weeks in advance so this shouldn't have been the issue! They said manager wasn't available for refund since it was done online and MADE ME PAY FOR A WHOLE GENERIC CAKE THAT WAS PREMADE! The cake tasted stale and ice cream tasted frost bitten. WOULDNT GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BUT THATS THE LOWEST I CAN DO .... DO NOT COME HERE DONT WASTE YOUR LONEY OR TIME ... MANAGER IS RUDE AND VERY UNACCOMMODATING .

I always come to this location to buy ice cream cakes and I’ve never had any issues but today was different. I came by to buy two cakes and as I was taking the cakes out of the freezer the person in charge came up to me and told me that the freezer doors couldn’t be open for too long, which I completely understand. The problem is that she was pushing the door with her hand against me as I was taking the cake out of the freezer. This was very rude and not okay, needless to say I will be going to a different location from now on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, I arrived at 9:35pm on 05/18/2024. Store closes at 10.

I asked for double scoop of cotton candy in a waffle cone. Employee stared at me and said, “there’s not enough for cotton candy”. I responded, “It looks like enough?”. She proceeded to scoop one scoop worth out, put it in a cup, and hand it to me. I kindly said, “Oh I asked for a cone.” She then dumped it in a cone and didn’t get me another scoop.

Then about 5 more customers walk in as she is closing out my sale. It’s about 9:45 at this time. I ask for a receipt and the name says “Vicky”. Vicky’s coworker proceeds to go lock the door at 9:45 to keep customers out. But she accidentally also, locked us in. So as I am going to leave, I have to unlock the door. Customers walk in as I leave and they were verbally upset because Vicky’s coworker locked them out to their face. So unprofessional… and just RUDE.

At 9:50, we are enjoying our ice cream outside and a family of 3 walks up to a locked door. As they wait outside the door, the employee has to come unlock the door for other customers to exit. She’s confronted with the family in which she says, “Are you here for a pickup order? Because if not we are closed”. He said kindly, “No. But it’s only 9:50 and you are actively serving other customers.” She says, “Yeah we are closed.” He said, “Okay. What’s your name?”. She said, “Ummmmm…. Jennifer.” Yeah right ?

Please see Jennifer in the photo above. Locking the door to keep people out before closing. I mean it’s so dang hard for decent customer service these days, and this baskin-robbin’s is a prime example of employees who have one singular job, yet it order to DO their job that they get paid for during their working hours- it comes with a lot of disrespect and attitude. Don’t come back here.

Saturday at 5pm. What is wrong with yall??????? Never again

I don’t usually go out of my way to make a review. But this place is incredible. They make all the waffle bowls fresh and it shows. They always carry the best flavors (the best of course being Fudge Chocolate) and the staff is phenomenal. Leaps above the other baskin robbins in the area who constantly run out of the best flavor in the world or leave their waffle bowls to collect dust for weeks until they assume the texture of gum. Jenny at Baskin Robbins is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made my visit a delightful experience. Not only did she take the time to recommend flavors and offer samples, but her attention to detail ensured that my order was perfect. Exceptional customer service! I look forward to returning soon for more ice cream delights!

Ordered 10 single scoops via door dash. Almost all scoops looked the same, but there were no markings at all to say what was what. So we had to open them all and taste test, which isn't good when 10 different people ordered. I even tried to call the store right after I ordered to make sure they labeled them since they were all similar. They never answered after 5 different tries. Learn to pick up the phone, and use common sense when sending out orders Baskin-Robbins. I expect a little more when buying $75 worth of ice cream.

Ordered one scoop of chocolate chip and one plain chocolate; the scoops were a generous size. Had a few tables to sit at, and the place looked clean. It's been a few years since we've had their ice cream, and apparently they've changed. The chips in the chocolate chip were more like dust, not chips. The plain chocolate tasted much different than before, and neither flavor was to my personal liking anymore. I still think it's a great place; I'll just have to try a different flavor next time.

I recently ordered quarts of ice cream from Baskin-Robbins, and while the flavors were delightful, I was disappointed with the inconsistency in the packaging. Some boxes were filled adequately, while others seemed lacking. Given the substantial cost of nearly $68, I expected a more uniform and generous portion across all containers. The service, unfortunately, did not match the value I paid for.While the ice cream at Baskin-Robbins consistently delights my taste buds, there seems to be a need for improved employee training in customer care. The flavors are fantastic, but the overall experience is affected by the service. A bit more attention to detail in training could significantly enhance customer satisfaction and make the indulgence in their delicious ice cream an even more enjoyable experience.
