I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. When I asked for 1 simple empty cups, the staff told me I would be charged $2.50 for just one empty cup. When I asked why, they said the manager instructed them to do so. Their attitude was unprofessional, and the whole interaction felt rude and unnecessary. Charging customers that much for an empty cup is unreasonable, and the behavior from the staff made the experience even worse. Also, if they plan to charge for empty cups or any additional items, it should be clearly mentioned on visible boards so customers are aware beforehand. Not informing customers and then charging them is unfair and misleading. I’ve always enjoyed Baskin-Robbins, but this visit was extremely frustrating and left me with a very bad impression of this location. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves their customer service.

It’s currently 9:34pm and the website says they don’t close till 10pm. It’s dark on the inside and closed. Completely misleading… When I pulled up employees were getting in their car leaving.
