The guy working here says the manager asked us to close early from where we were this drive was 25 mins even though there was time they denied to serve us literally the time I am posting this review it is still 8:45pm.

The employees were impatient and unfriendly! At 8:10 pm they were closing down when they close at 9! One girl was more unprofessional and rude she left me talking so she could quickly go put up the chairs and wipe the tables. My daughters were trying to sit and enjoy their ice cream and she was trying to be so quick to remove their chairs and stack them up.

Came here the other day with the family the staff is very polite and not rude at all. I have seen extremely rude customers come here all the time and that is when the staff defends themselves. If you come in with a good attitude the staff will be very polite and welcoming to you. The girl that always attends me is always polite!

Horrible Horrible service. I went to get an ice cream cake and when I got to the registry the staff was like I was supposed to wait until one of them got the cake for me. I said Nothing and continued to wait to check out. The staff told the cashier to check out another person while I was waiting. I waited until I checked out and asked for her name, she was like im not giving you my name then started to curse and point her middle finger. Very unprofessional and telling of this business. I will never return again

Girl in short blond hair very rude was rushing me to get my order, made me feel uncomfortable when she rolled her eyes so I just chose whatever was Infront of me. Bad customer service

4 dollars for a small icecream cone lol. You can buy a whole tub of icecream in aildi like for 6 dollars. Never again. Just buying the name. The icecream didn’t even taste good. Service was nice.
