DIY Sundae Kit - So Much Fun and Flavor!
I ordered the DIY Sundae Kit from Baskin-Robbins, and it was a total hit! The kit came with Old Fashioned Butter Pecan and Strawberry Cheesecake ice creams — both were rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Butter Pecan was perfectly nostalgic and buttery, while the Strawberry Cheesecake had real chunks of cheesecake and a fruity swirl that made it feel like dessert on top of dessert!
The toppings were a great mix — chopped almonds for a satisfying crunch, rainbow sprinkles for a pop of color and fun, and hot fudge that was thick, chocolatey, and warmed up beautifully. Everything was fresh and well-packaged.
Perfect for sharing or treating yourself. Highly recommend if you want to create your own sundae bar at home!

$8.63 for a 3 scoop like this and then the employee was dry when I asked questions about how I wanted my ice cream. Ain’t no way Baskin Robbin’s done resorted to this due to the economy.

Terrible service from one of the employees this afternoon, Saturday, April 26, 2025, because he treated me in a racist manner. I asked for help placing my order in Spanish. He told me he didn't speak Spanish and couldn't help me. Just a moment before, he had taken an order in Spanish in front of me. He told his coworker that he wasn't going to speak to me in Spanish because he was in the United States. I was with my daughter, and his racist treatment made me feel really bad. I don't plan on returning.
Worst experience ever! My 2 year old screamed like any little toddler and the worker yelled at the top of his lungs and said “hey keeps it down” he could’ve politely asked but instead he yelled and scared my baby. Never did I imagine getting treated like that, very disrespectful.

Walked in and there was a line so I went to the end of the line . The teen male employee was helping the customers in front of me and when it was my turn , the other lady instead of taking my order started talking to new customers who skipped the line . She sold six ice creams to other customers and then came toward me after waiting for twenty minutes completely ignored , she looked at me then started taking the order of another gentleman who pointed at me stating that I was here first . I asked to speak to a manager but was told they don’t have one at the Moment and can’t give her info .::. Disorganized Bad customer service !!
