Customer service is horrible. The lady working today was horribly rude and when I asked her to write on the cake she made it seem like such an inconvenience.

Not sure what’s happened to this location but over the past few visits the almond chocolate dipped cones are stale. Additionally their staff have been picking up the cones touching the areas that are to be consumed without washing their hands and appear to be offended when Ive asked to have the cone replaced.

My daughter & I arrived at 9:55 p.m. (knowing they were closing at 10). We arrived ten seconds after another young lady and three other ladies arrived shortly after us.
The lady ahead of us ordered and once her order was ready and she paid to leave a 2nd staff member come into the shop from the back office. She promptly announced the store was now officially closed, turned off the main lights and the five of us filed out. The whole time she could have been in the store to get orders and make more money for the franchise…losing out on five costumers.
I came to this shop on another occasion, also just before closing time, I remember it was 9:57 and was with my daughter and her friend and the staff member quickly came to the entry to lock the door to indicate the store was closed and made sure we felt unwelcome.
They have good ice cream but terrible vibe with the norm to act like the customer should feel bad. If you are in the area, better off to spend your money at Flower & Cream, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Insomnia cookies, Crave Cupcake or Celebrity Cupcake.

Very chill little establishment. I thought I lost my wallet here (I didn't) and they were very kind about trying to help me find it. Also, it's Baskin Robbins. They just in general have an amazing selection of flavors.

I really love this neighborhood ice cream shop. It's been here for a long time and it always comes through with delicious ice cream. I come here at least once a month to buy ice cream with my family and the experience is always wonderful.
There's nothing like delicious sherbet on a hot Houston day while enjoying it with family on the cute benches outside.
If you're looking for a fair price ice cream in rice village, I highly suggest you come check out the classic, baskin-robbins.

Baskin-Robbins is a great neighborhood ice cream joint. I was unable to order the Thanksgiving Turkey ice cream cake at my regular location so I placed it at the University location for a Wednesday pick up. The location was clean and the service was efficient. Our cake was ready to go during my pick up window and it was the most popular dessert at our Thanksgiving dinner.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Baskin-Robbins near Rice University in Rice Village, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Evelyn and Areil. These two employees went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a delightful visit, despite our allergy concerns.
From the moment we walked in, Evelyn and Areil were attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about allergen information. They patiently answered all our questions and took extra precautions to prevent any cross-contamination. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel safe and valued as customers.
Not only were they extremely accommodating with our allergies, but they also offered fantastic recommendations that suited our dietary needs. The ice cream was delicious, and the overall experience was made even sweeter by their warm and welcoming attitudes.
Thanks to Evelyn and Areil's outstanding service, this Baskin-Robbins has become our new go-to spot for frozen treats. Their exceptional customer service skills and allergy awareness have earned them loyal customers in us. We'll definitely be returning soon and recommending this location to all our friends and family!

I was at the location today 9/1/2024 around 4:25 and the young lady was rude with and attitude and so was the young guy that was walking with her will never go there again
No public restroom. This location put me in an uncomfortable situation of having to take a kid into another restaurant’s restroom when I had several other kids eating ice cream.

Great ice cream, clean place, buy service is terrible. 2 ice cream cones (with 2 scoops) and asked for 2 empty cups and was charged $19.50 !!! Asked why I was charged that much and I wouldn't have used extra cups if it was that expensive but they said "well you are already using it now". I had an issue with this location b4 as well with the cashier charging me a TIP I didn't authorize.
