The menu said I get to choose my 3 toppings. He just gave me hot fudge, hot fudge and hot fudge 😞 that’s not what I wanted when I order a banana split.

This Baskin-Robbins was great. Clean, compact, quiet and delicious too. Not to mention the service, they were so kind with me and they even gave me an extra scoop!! Such kind environment. Of course the ice cream was amazing as well, unique flavors, sweet goodness. I loved this place.
Four employees walking around and yet it took minutes before anyone assisted me. There were no other customers there. No smiles, no greeting when I entered the parlor; it was like everyone hated being at work. To make my visit worse, I get home and my hand-picked pints were not hand packed as the menu lists ?. Both containers ($6.49/each) were at best a little over 3/4 full but not packed. In fact one container was 1/2 full with gaps on the side ??. The employee obviously did not press the ice cream down as he put it into container. It was much too far to go back to complain. I will not go back to the Cherry Park location again! Will try another location or buy Blue Bell similar flavor. At least Blue Bell actually packs the ice cream into their containers and their prices are often times cheaper. By the way, the employee didn't even say thank you and/or come again ?

I like to go to Baskin-Robbins because their breakfasts are tasty.

I took my family here to get ice cream and we love the flavors but the Manager is incredibly rude and seems to dislike when people come in to get ice cream. I have 4 children and she really spoiled the experience for all of us. Would not recommend this place.

I can only indulge rarely. When I do I really enjoy this Baskin-Robins. The folks here are patient and very glad to help. A couple in front of us they listened and offered suggestions and samples.
